back in the groove post-vacation and feeling 💯 went to @soulcycle yesterday, yoga this morning, walks with Trev 🐶 and my daily smoothie bowls and that inevitable vacay bloat is all but gone!
I’m definitely the type that indulges while I’m away 💃🏻 I drink, I eat more fried food than I might normally, I have more dessert and I def don’t drink enough water. But you know what? It’s a-okay 👏🏻 I stay in the moment and I enjoy myself because I know that my routine is waiting for me when I get home!
It’s important to never feel bad about yourself if you indulge more than normal — it’s vacation and you SHOULD enjoy it. So soak up those good moments and memories 😍 just get back on your routine when you’re home and you’ll be fine!
It’s pretty darn amazing what healthy food, movement and water can do, isn’t it?

Vacations are always a catch-22 for me
I can’t wait to go... and when I get there, all I want is normalcy. But also love not abiding by a schedule, sleeping in, but hate knowing my inbox is growing with emails.
Can’t a girl just chill!? It’s taken me a few days to recalibrate, no proper dinners, the fridge is empty, it’s been longer than usual, but we did it.
Am I the only one that feels this way!? I would say the grass is always greener... but there’s no grass in the desert😂
