If you’re bored with your “routine” it may be that you don’t have a goal. Practicing to master the perfect pull up never gets old. When I do pull ups I have a small check list in my head to conquer or else that rep doesn’t count.
# ✅ Keep shoulders down away from ears at all times.
# ✅ Keep my neck relaxed.
# ✅ Create a hollowing position by connecting my pelvis to my rib cage. Intense ab activation. Hence for the leg crossing.
# ✅ I must pull at least to the lowest portion of my neck.

I have a challenge for you: work towards doing ONE of a set of something you can’t currently do. ⠀
One thing. ⠀
This week I’m hosting a FREE GROUP CHALLENGE!⠀
If you want to work towards ONE ⠀
join me in figuring this out and working towards the goal of doing ONE by the end of the week. ⠀
We need to start somewhere, right?

@brittbritton got me this pull-up bar for Father's Day. I love it. I'm always looking for fun ways to get creative w/ circuits. I keep it simple. A pull, a push, some cardio - repeat 5 or 6 rounds then hit another 3 exercises. That probably sounds insane to some - "I don't have time for all that!" you might be thinking. My response is there's a floor below your feet just waiting for you to do push-ups on, stop whining and DO IT, or don't and continue feeling sorry for yourself. No one gives a fuck. There's no easy way in or out. Nothing beats discipline and hard work. I fast, I sweat, I yoga, I eat REAL food, I lift heavy things, I get out in nature and I meditate. There are no shortcuts and there never will be. I love y'all and I hope you enjoy this beautiful Wednesday 💪🏽🔥👊🏽🌲🙏🏽 #dopullups#noshortcuts#humpday#backabs#gogetit#mindfulwarrior#loveyall 📸: @brittbritton
