(Türkçesi aşağıda) I really like this quote; “It’s not the destination, it’s the journey”. Preparing for a photo shoot is like a journey to me! Even if we’re shooting one single photo. And sometimes photo of the process can make you smile and can make you post it rather than the photo of the full pose.

Having your eye on the “prize” is so important! Who agrees? 🌱🔥 Even if it’s not a vegan donut 😅 Knowing where you are going and setting intentions help you manifest so much faster 🙏🏻❤️🌊 (even though the donut metaphor is delicious 😋 and tangible 👁)
Just landed in LA! This picture was taken last time I came here and the I couldn’t feel more different! Still working on pushing consciousness (this was at a vegan pool party) but this time I feel way more centered in Topenga, soaking up all the energy I can and getting ready to learn how to incorporate concentrated plant medicine and consciousness (aka essential oils) more deeply into breathwork and meditation. .
I am also so pumped and still working on getting all the info last week compiled (a good intro place to start would be the class I made “oils class 101” in my story highlights).
Finally, I have a huge surprise coming up for you this week! Stay tuned! Do y’all feel the energy after this moon?! I’m riding the wave so heavy right now!

I cannot wait for my tomatoes to be ready in my garden (hahah SO Greek). I eat a LOT of tomatoes as part of my diet and here are some of my favourite, healthy ways to eat them.
✅In a fresh Greek salad😍🙌
✅Sliced on wholemeal toast with basil, mozzarella, salt and cracked pepper
✅Crushed to make pasta sauce
✅Stuffed with herbs and rice to make yemista (Greek stuffed tomatoes)
