Life speaks when one stops to listen.
A few weeks ago, while filming a few courses with @sigismondiphotography for @omstarsofficial we were taking some stills under the watchful eye of this lovely little bird.
She was quite curious about the whole process, and as soon as we took the last shot, she flew away, almost in approval of our efforts.
Life constantly speaks to us through seemingly insignificant situations .. Reaffirming our direction, or serving to warn us of much needed change.
To understand the language of Life, one needs no instruction. Simply by becoming silent, one will begin to see certain instructions for moving forward 🙏🏼

“How did I get so flexible?” Is a dm I get almost everyday. Answer: I stretch... it really is that simple. 🤸♀️ I stretch... all the time even if it’s just for 5 quick minutes. I stretch before workouts, after workouts, during commercials, I sit in stretches while I’m working on my laptop or while I’m reading, I stretch in the hot tub and in saunas (because stretching in hot places is literally the best) and I stretch when I practice yoga. 🧘♀️ If you want to see all of my favorite stretches then check out my Ebook: “30 Day Split Guide”. Isn’t it crazy how spending a little extra time on yourself can make all the difference in how you feel through out your day? For example, I can wake up and go straight on my phone and immediately put myself in a bad mood compared to reading my book or listening to a podcast. I can skip my 30 minute workout because I “don’t feel like it” and then go the rest of my day feeling sluggish and moody. I can sleep in a little longer and skip getting ready then go the whole day feeling self conscious and avoiding all mirrors.
It really doesn’t take much time and effort for your day to do a full turnaround. You can do the things to make it a good one... or you can skip all the things and go through out your day complaining wishing you would of just spend the extra time to do it for yourself.

It has been hard to breath the last few days. Sometimes I get so overwhelmed with anxiety that nothing can slow down my heart rate. Crying helps but it doesn’t solve anything.
On top of that I am without water in my house and my parents are on vacation for two weeks so I am going to have a shower at Lorenzo’s house and then to the grocery shop and then I will come back home to cook and water a HUGE garden and vegetable garden (rainwater). And then I will sleep to start this all over again tomorrow.
But looking at the half full glass:
- Lorenzo helped me showering with cold water in food bowls yesterday and it was fun, damn cold but fun
- I will have a real shower today
- We has moussaka for dinner yesterday
- today I ate the first green beans from the garden!
I will be fine ♥️
