🌟HOW TO PLAN WORKOUTS AROUND A BUSY WEEK🌟+ a hidden leg workout
Starting off this week I was feeling verrrrryyyy overwhelmed with all of the things I had to do this week + really wanting to fit in a workout everyday after work 😱 On top of all of that I was exceptionally tired from the weekend and just feeling incredibly anxious ☹️
🔸One of the things I like to do when I’m feeling this way is make lists and plan out everything in smaller steps throughout the week so I know what needs to get done each day, and when I can fit in a work out🔸
🔹I write out a full to-do list on monday, then typically spread out the tasks throughout the week + Include my workout plans for that day (I typically write the full work out on the day that I do it) 🏋🏼♀️
🌺I like to make mine pretty because it truly makes me feel less stressed to look at it and it makes planning out my week + workouts a little more fun for me🌺
✨this TRULY helps my mental health and also allows you to plan out your rest days more strategically with little surprises! ✨

Today was Day 1 of my 21 Day Workout Program!! I have been having a hard time being motivated with working out since MM100, so I am excited to be committed to another workout program to keep me accountable!
This morning was a challenge (especially since I forgot my preworkout on total body cardio) but if it wasn’t hard, I wouldn’t look forward to it!

If the gym intimidates you or you deal with fearing the gym or anxiety while in a gym setting i have some tips for you!! 💚
I honestly feel like we’ve all struggled with this before! I’ve know the feelings of thinking everyone’s watching you struggle with how to figure out the machine or thinking is my from correct or is my weight to light but all of that is just part of a bad mindset.
Remember it’s all in your head and you’ve got to remember to not focus on those thoughts because they’re only holding you back from crushing ur workouts and goals 💪🏽
1️⃣First off understand your not the only one who gets anxious when working out in a gym, it’s such a common thing and it’s a normal feeling but there’s ways to avoid those feelings! -
2️⃣My first tip would be to just understand that everyone is there to get better and improve on things! nobody’s perfect and everyone had to start from square one. So if you feel your not as fit as everyone and that intimidates you don’t let it and remember that your a step above everyone who isn’t there putting in the work. -
3️⃣Also, many gyms have rooms off of the main area area where you can workout in and these rooms often times aren’t as busy! My gym at home even has an only girls section which helped me a ton at first. -
4️⃣keep in mind that the people there aren’t judging you they really aren’t even paying attention to you they’re focused on their own workout and really pay little attention to anything else
5️⃣Find a gym buddy!! I’m always so much more comfortable at the gym when I’m there with somebody! -
6️⃣Have your workout planned ahead of time! if you go into the gym with a game plan you’ll feel more comfortable because you won’t be standing around trying to figure out what to do next! -
7️⃣dont look around the gym! Just stay focused keep ur head down and blast your music! Don’t let your mind wander to the thoughts of “are they looking at me” or “am i doing this wrong! Can ppl tell?” None of that just focus on the exercise itself
