• i keep having these midnight conversations with my heart, trying to convince myself that letting go of you does not mean i am letting go of me — but something about the way the stars look beside the moon tonight, tells me differently.
there are oceans inside of my veins that will always carry you. there are walls you built all over my body that still have the word infinity carved on them. there are stories i still tell of us, because my tongue has not figured out yet how to forget your love, your fire, your name // 🌹•
HI HUBBY 👋🏼💕 Wow. Yesterday was a dream. It was so perfect I think we’re still trying to process it and wrap our heads around the fact that it was actually REAL 😭 I’ve never experienced this much of a high in my life... and it’s all because of the incredible people we have supporting us, celebrating us and cheering us on 🙏🏼 So thank you to everyone for all of your love, support and well wishes. We cannot stop smiling... and crying 😂
“I don’t want to do this anymore. I don’t like the way it feels.” I said those words before giving a speech at a big event of about 3,000 people that I was speaking at. I had just had a pre-speaking anxiety attack that led to me sweating uncontrollably, half stuck in a dress in the bathroom. It was one of the worst feelings I’ve ever experienced.
When you feel like something is your life’s purpose, your calling, and that same something also produces overwhelming nervousness and anxiety, it’s easy to choose the path where you give it up. It’s easy to choose comfort. It’s easy to choose the other option.
But, when you give up on your purpose, it eats away at your heart. You wonder “what if “. You’re left without knowing.
Both options are hard in their own way.
So, choose your hard. Choose which path you can live with and be happy.
In spite of how it makes me feel from time to time, I chose my purpose. I chose this for the women who might need to hear a message from someone else’s voice for it to click. I chose it to be an example that while it’s not always easy, it’s worth pursuing. I chose it because I couldn’t imagine not doing it. I chose it because I care!
Your greatness takes time! Keep going after it!
What do you choose?

You know, that place where everything just flows? Where you are in line with what makes you happy 🌸 Where you feel at ease 🌸 When you respond with love 🌸
This is my journey, my #soulup journey, a journey that was sparked and inspired because I KNEW there had to be a different way. A way other than being a stressed out, busy and overwhelmed new Mumma 🙏
And this way was discovered and sparked when I decided to invest my time and energy into myself and support myself with Time, Life Coaching, Naturopathy and Essential Oils 🌿💚🌿
This is where my Magics at 🙏 and Mumma's, it's worth the time, the effort and the growth 💜💜

A little drama is good and it's all in this shirt that will navigate you in style through the highs and lows of your day.
Super cool to announce that our film got into the really awesome Women in Horror Film Festival -- it's not every day you find out your film will be judged by the likes of Heather Langenkamp! This is one of the festivals we were really looking forward to this year, so we're super excited and honored to be included in the lineup. So, for all the ladies in this project, come down to Atlanta this winter and join us if you can! To all of my people in Atlanta, turn up and let’s support women in film! #womensupportingwomen#film#actinglife#atlantanights#sylvain_films#actingagency#actinglife#horrorfilms
I ran my last workshop for 2019 for my @businessincommon group of ladies and it was such a great morning! ❤️ A shout out to this special lady Julie from @thetranquilsoulwa her business acumen and tenacity has definitely been something I've looked up to since meeting her. I can't wait to surround myself with her and others like her in the coming New Year 🎉
I've got big plans for 2020!!! And though a little scary I'm really looking forward to getting stuck into it 👏
But for now, it's time to wind down, relax and spend time with the family.
