I was in my corner studying when @ope_davies said "Baby I am ready to leave". Engrossed in what I was doing I responded "okay love" without even looking up at her (Big mistake men shouldn't make). Then after a few minutes, an inner voice said to me " Ayo go and appreciate your wife and say bye to her properly".
I quickly went downstairs and lo and behold I saw this beautiful woman of God 😍😍. "Wow baby you look absolutely stunning". She's like "Awww thank you love". Then I looked down at me *sigh* I hadn't even had a shower so I respected myself and said "I am not worthy to stand beside you as your husband. Let me just be your photographer". Of course before I even finished my sentence, she was already striking a pose 🙂

"Absolutely NO diet, will ever give you the satisfaction that you are truly looking for.
What we struggle with, manifests itself into thinking our body is not enough because of the diet culture we live in.
You are enough, your body is enough, your mind and emotions need to workout too.
Let yourself cry.
See a therapist and work through what has been eating away at you.
Know that it’s going to be hard working on your mind, instead of your body.
And always remind yourself that it is worth it.
