It always feels good to start your week in this way! As they say, the only workout you regret is the one you done do!
We’re on our final countdown / wind-down before our holiday and keeping moving 🏃🏼♀️, keeping exercising 🏋🏼♀️ and keeping the endorphins flowing ⚡️ certainly helps keep me going on the final push until holiday! It’s like my body knows a rest is coming and it wants to shut down ahead of schedule!!
