You #Always#HaveaChoice - You could quit everything, #pursueyourpassion, your wanted lifestyle, and how #otherstreatyou. But you decide to stay on for now because you feel that the benefits of staying on outweigh the benefits of #changing and or losing it all. Ask yourself, are you #changingtherightpath? What are you #genuinelywanting to keep that is important? Remember, your choices always have a #consequence, good or bad.
You #MakeChoices All The Time - Can you see that everything you do is a choice? Actions, whether they are benign or life-changing, are all choices you make. Everything we do is a choice that we make, from the most straightforward activities right down to the life-changing ones.
#TakingOwnership of Your Action - You may not recognize that #youhaveachoice because the circumstances are intimidating. It may feel like it overpowers you like constraints and you don’t think that you have any power or choice over you are facing. You can either react in a dependent manner, continuing to suffer in the problem. Or take action to #createtheoutcome you desire and want to be #present with for the rest of your life.
#Understand that you must #acceptresponsibility for everything that had happened, whether it was seemingly within #yourcontrol or not, and take charge. But #nothingsgoingtochange unless you take ownership for what’s going on in your life.
If you keep thinking that you have no choice over your situation, that’s exactly how it will remain. You will always stay as the person who is #powerless over your #lifecircumstances. But nothing’s going to change unless you take ownership for what’s going on in your life — #Choosewisely.
When you #recognize that your life is your life, and everything you do is #inherentlyachoice that you make, that’s when a #shiftoccurs.
Rather than blame the external environment for what you are facing, you take action and #becomeproactive in getting what you want.
Rather than #feelvictimized by #yoursituation, you will gain power over it. Things will start shaping themselves into what you want them to be because you are actively working on the #rightpath of your life.

One thing that stresses us out is being stuck in a life we actually know isn’t making us happy.
We can’t always change all of our circumstances ...at least not all at once. But we can start becoming proactive and start moving to where we want to go.
Just by stopping being passive and in a kind of victim mode you can feel better. I promise. •

So simple to say and so much harder to do!
This past week, I found myself allowing my mind to spiral into what I call the “dark abyss.”
It continues to surprise me how quickly one negative thought can take us out...
And by “out,” I mean take our minds, bodies and souls completely off track, often feeling paralyzed.
A conversation happened with a client and I’m sure to them, it was absolutely NOTHING... better yet, I bet they got off feeling amazing. But I got off thinking, “I wish my feedback/coaching was different then what I said.”
At that moment, I could have decided to change my thinking.
But I didn’t. And I allowed this sneaky little sucker to take me down a spiral of negativity.
Here’s how the dark abyss works. (I have a feeling you might relate.)
“I should/could have said X instead of Y”. (I could of chosen a better thought...like I’ll remember that for next time!”)
But instead, my mind went here ➡️ “I wonder what other coaches say in that circumstance”
And then ➡️” I bet there are way better coaches out there then me that have the right thing to say every time.”
(And this is where comparing myself to others then went dark).
➡️ ”Do I even bring value to my clients?! Do I even know what I’m doing?”
➡️ “Maybe I should just throw in the towel. I don’t know if my clients are getting any value.”
(then my dark abyss judged myself as a mother)
➡️ “I can’t even believe I spend so much time caring about this. I should be spending more time with my kids, I am a bad mom.”
OH MY GAWD... can you believe this?!? The complete insanity.
And this happens within about 3 seconds or less in your mind. It will leave you drained, paralyzed, not taking action and wondering why you aren’t having the success in your business.
Here’s your job (and mine):
WATCH YOUR THOUGHTS.
Become obsessed with what is going on in your head and become proactive about what you are thinking at all times.
We literally have the power to redirect at any given moment and our life depends on it!

✨ Journalling your way to the life that you desire. ✨
When people ask me how I've created the life I have, I share with them... a lot of inner work. I have an entire box of journals in my garage that I keep as a reminder of how far I've come.
(Notice that I don't say "hard work, working 12 hour days, or devoting my entire life to my work..." because I haven't)
I've dove inward, worked on myself, my communication, my ability to listen to my intuition and my willingness to take action despite any worry of what other people think.
On this journey of personal development, I remember looking at others a few steps ahead and wondering: what do people journal about? how do they start? what do they say? 🤔
So, in case you're one of those people 🙋♀️ here is a journal prompt for you to use:
I am so ready to be done with __________________. Please lift it and take it from me. I know that this thing I am experiencing on some level has served me in the past, and now I am ready to shift it and experience the lesson and the freedom.
I am ready to call in ______________________.
I am ready to experience ____________________.
I am ready to soar. To feel free. To experience abundance, joy, love, and complete prosperity on all levels.
I ask for your guidance. I am asking for your direction. I am asking for your support.
