Low carb on the go ideas! ❤️ Cooking at home is always better, but sometimes you need something quick. There are tons of options out there, but here are four of my favorites:
1. Bunless Baconator from Wendy's. I order it without the bun and ketchup and usually pair it with a side salad.
2. Chicken Fajitas. When we go out to eat, I usually choose our favorite Mexican restaurant. I always order chicken fajitas without the tortillas, rice and beans. I'll usually order extra guacamole and a small side of queso. So satisfying!
3. Jersey Mike's Sub-In-A-Tub. My favorite is the Club Sub. 😋 The tub option is on their menu, so ordering is simple.
4. Five Guys Burger Bowl. This is also on the menu along with a lettuce wrapped option. Just tell them you want your burger in a bowl and choose your toppings. 👍
5. More favorites not pictured: In-N-Out Burger & Jimmy John's Unwich.

🍌 🍨 Nice cream is never naughty and always nice! I know you guys like simple recipes, so heres the easiest ever 2-ingredient recipe! It’s also vegan and dairy free 🙌🏼 woo!
First peel and freeze 🍌 bananas ahead of time, otherwise it won’t have the right consistency. And you can add a teaspoon of optional vanilla if you like!
I use a regular blender or food processor, add chopped frozen banana + almond milk. Pulse until bananas are creamy, adding more almond milk and stirring until well blended.
This literally took 5 minutes and was so good! Protein: 6 g / Carbs: 57g / Fat: 9 g #nicecream#dairyfree #recipeshare

“Whatever it takes” - What’s your weightloss goal?
Losing 5 kg?
Getting rid of your fluffy stomach?
Be happy when you look in the mirror?
Why not make it: start eating more fruit and vegatables. Create a lifestyle you love. Start working out a daily basis. Be motivated. Be dedicated. Be nicer to yourself. Or nicer to the world.
Most of the time, we’re too focused on our goal, than our way there. “Whatever it takes”
If you want to lose 5 kg, you decide to go on a detox, feel misarable, be a terrible girlfriend and have no energy at all. BUT YEAHHHH!!! You lost your 5 kg 👍🏻 (which you probably gain back anyway)
You want to get rid of a fluffy stomach... the gym becomes your best friend. My fitnesspal becomes your best friend. Results are coming. However, you’re to scared to go out for dinner, or eat at your friend house because you don’t know how much oil they used frying your chicken. YAS! You always need to eat at home!!!WOOOHO.
Of course, you’ll need to make sacrifices in order to get to reach a goal. You need to get out of your comfortzone.
But is this the life you want to live? Do you see yourself living this way in a year? Maybe two or three years?
Making sacrifices is needed. Living a life you hate, not.
In order to lose weight. Let me rephrase that “in order to SUCCESFULLY lose weight” you’ll need to find a way of living you still love. While reaching your goal. While losing weight.
No perfect one size fits all diet. Start creating YOUR OWN perfect diet 😉

Here is the deal.... We (females) have 6 main hormones. Men, pay attention to 3 & down.
4️⃣ cortisol (stress hormone)
5️⃣ thyroid (metabolism hormone)
6️⃣ insulin (blood sugar hormone)
Insulin is the hormone that controls and/or affects all the other hormones. So when your blood sugar levels are out of balance, ALL our other hormones get messed up too.
Insulin transports glucose/fuel to every cell in your body... it has the most important job of all the hormones! Without fuel, you can't function properly at the cellular level. Insulin efficiency is key for optimal health.
Why I balance my blood sugar naturally every day - and have a happy thyroid! If you want to taste what I’m drinking, drop me a comment below and I’ll send you one!

Reposted FAKEAWAY CHICKEN KEBAB 🍗 MADE WITH OUR AWARD WINNING ⭐ CHICKEN RUB 😍😍 @annacunnell⭐️ ⭐️ KEBAB FAKEAWAY ⭐️ ⭐️ Oh this tasted 👌🏻 even if I do say so myself! Prices of kebabs from the takeaway are so expensive nowadays plus we have to travel to get it. I had most the ingredients in to make my own and I think was just as nice! .
I cooked some diced chicken and had some @jdseasonings chicken rub on it and cooked some McCain lighter chips which are 2.5 syns per 100g in the actifry! I added burger sauce as love that stuff with chips too!
ANNAC would get you 20% off I believe although I’ve not shared the code for ages I think it still works.
