It’s all about the timing of the exercise that really shows the effectiveness. Normally performing these presses after the warm up or toward the start of a training session would be reletivly no sweat. However, throwing it in at the end of the workout increases the difficulty quite a bit. Be tactical with your training and change up the order of your routines on a weekly basis. I’ve been preparing for this post for several weeks now and it’s finally here! As of last Sunday 12/8/19, I hit my first weight loss goal.... for the FIRST time in 23 years, I am 💥under 200 lbs!!!!! 💥 Last week I had a 4.4 lb loss and crushed the 200’s for a total of 41.4 lbs down!!! 👍🏻 I have to admit sharing my weight and posting before and after’s have never been anything I thought I would be doing. The shame of not being able to get a handle on it for all these years has been overwhelming and I got to the point that I knew it was just never going to change. Thankfully, I have never let it affect my self esteem or my confidence, so I never gave up trying. I share this all now only because I personally need to let go of that shame I carried so that I can move on and stop focusing on the scale and embrace how I have changed my entire life by improving my health!
