Got some new workout clothes so I had to take a quick pic before my workout😁 I seriously love getting new gym clothes!! I don’t know about you guys but when I get new workout clothes I get a little confidence boost and end up having a great workout💪🏼

It’s all about the timing of the exercise that really shows the effectiveness. Normally performing these presses after the warm up or toward the start of a training session would be reletivly no sweat. However, throwing it in at the end of the workout increases the difficulty quite a bit. Be tactical with your training and change up the order of your routines on a weekly basis. Train hard, train with purpose.

You can't stretch out an injury, but you can strengthen everything surrounding it. The system doesn't care for the integrity of the teeth in the cog; only that it keeps turning. Don't fall victim to the lies that others have pointlessly held onto for decades. You can't run yourself strong on a treadmill, and you certainly can't improve your overall strength without adapting to some sort of load.
