"A real bumper catch last night - 500 odd moths of 82 species.
After counting, I always like to put the nicest all on one egg-box to show the kaleidoscope of colours and forms in Irish moths." #MothsMatter

Do you struggle with hip internal rotation? 🤔
If so, the following video series can be beneficial for you, whether you’re a golfer or not.
From a golf perspective, however, if your lead hip doesn’t internally rotate well, it can very well be the culprit behind your inconsistencies. As you’ll see in the first video, sliding versus getting true hip rotation can cause a variety of different miss hits and other compensations throughout the swing.
To work on this, I’m a big fan of mobility drills that mimic movements similar to those in the swing. With the first drill, you’re focusing on creating awareness for where your pelvis should be oriented at impact and your followthrough. This is a low-level drill that can go a long way if you’re unsure about how well your pelvis rotates.
The bodyweight windmill is a drill that starts to progress the first drill by incorporating a hip hinge in tri-planar fashion. Keep in mind that if your hips don’t move well to begin with, this isn’t where you should be starting. Windmills are difficult and definitely shouldn’t be loaded until you own them with just bodyweight.
