ARE YOU TEAM FUYU OR HACHIYA?🤔
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, I’m talking about persimmons! Even though I have a bunch of fuyu in front of me, I’m definitely team Hachiya even if they take forever to ripen🤣. I love the summer and summer fruits, it’s one of my favorite times of the year right now! It’s about to be Scorpio season(where my Scorpios at🦂? )and I love the fall and fall fruits just as much. I’m sure if you haven’t tried persimmons, you’ve definitely walked by them in the store or farmers market and wondered, what is that? As stated, there’s two types that are commonly easy to get your hands on which are fuyu, shown above, or hachiya. You really can’t go wrong with either one. They’re both super flavorful and tasty and like all fruits, have a number of benefits. Persimmons are good for helping fight all chronic disease such as cancer, hypertension and diabetes, they aid in digestion, they improve production of red blood cells, good for helping reduce high blood pressure and overall good at helping strengthen immunity. @noah_the_vegan and I are big fans and I’m sure you’ll be too.👌🏽
CREAMY CURRY RAMEN by @alexafuelednaturally tag a friend who loves ramen!
Follow us @vegadishes for daily vegan recipes
2 tsp avocado oil (or oil of choice), divided
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 large yellow onion (or one small onion) diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 inch piece ginger, minced
1 1/2 tbsp red curry paste (yellow or green curry paste works too!)
4 cups filtered water
2 cans coconut milk
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp bouillon paste (better than bouillon vegetarian)
1 1/2 tbsp jalapeño sauce
1 small bunch broccolini, chopped
2 heads bok choy, chopped
Ramen noodles (I used 4, 2 ounce ramen noodle packages, koyo brand)
Bunch of cilantro
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roughly chop carrots and cut cauliflower into florets. Place both on baking sheet, drizzle over 1 tsp of oil then season with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, in a large pot heat oil and mince garlic and fresh ginger and finely chop the onions. Add onions and garlic to oil and sauté for 3 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt.
3.To the pot add curry paste, water, ground turmeric, soy sauce and both cans of coconut milk; shake the cans before opening… (if there is some separation in the coconut milk, that is okay, scoop everything into the pot, the hard coconut milk will melt.)
4.Bring to a boil, stirring to ensure everything is well incorporated. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer then add bouillon paste, stir to make sure it fully dissolves then add Yellowbird jalapeño sauce. You can add more spice depending on your preference.
5.Chop bok choy and broccolini Add to the simmering curry and cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Turn off heat and taste, adjust seasonings and spice if needed.
6.About 5 minutes before serving cook your ramen noodles according to the directions on package. When ready to serve, divide noodles between serving bowls, top with hot curry, baked carrots, cauliflower and finish it off with cilantro and lime.

All genetic weaknesses are caused from a backed up lymphatic system, and systemic acidosis. .
The reason humans are inheriting genetic weaknesses, it's not just because they're unlucky, but because of what was passed down to them by their lineage, and family that has compromised their body by being on the wrong side of chemistry. It all comes down to the simplicity of understanding the two sides of chemistry which are alkaline or base, if your family lineage was eating foods on the acid side of chemistry, then their lymphatic system was backed up at some level, and it's these acids that settle in the body and cause it to mutate, and create damages to how the body functions as a system. .
All genetic weaknesses can be reversed at some level when you get your body regenerated on a lifestyle that promotes full body regeneration. Say you have a genetic weakness in your thyroid gland and it runs in your family, this doesn't mean that you're stuck with this dysfunction, and that you must deal with the symptoms. The body is a self-healing mechanism, and all you have to do is get it to heal itself, and if you saturate it with alkalinity and foods that are designed for it, then you could remove systemic acidosis, drain the lymphatic system, remove the cause of the issue, and watch the body heal itself. .
The best diet to reverse genetic weaknesses is going to be the diet that your species is most compatible with and design for. The very diet that your design for is going to be the most alkaline foods. The problem is humans are eating very acidic foods that are not very high in alkaline pH, and this is why humans are running into the systemic issues and genetic weaknesses.
Truly humans are designed for fruit, and tender leaves as far as we have on record, and both these foods are very hydrating, and alkaline base. .
