A nice local told me about a dirt road that leads to a secluded white sand beach along the river... Thank you kind stranger! 💙

Nossa moldura preferida do mundo!
Get ready for the next adventure 🌴
Travel with hiking shoes is a little bit of a pain in the ass. They are heavy and take a lot of room.
But they are so worth it. 🥾❤️🧳
Viajar con zapatos de montaña es bastante incómodo. Son grandes y ocupan mucho lugar.
Pero si que valen la pena 😆🙋♀️

Sometimes you gotta give it the beans 💨
The big question is do I really want to sell my van? Or not? New chapter, new wheels and a new build? Or keep my little holiday home on wheels I’ve slowly built over the last few years? What’s your thoughts??? 🤔🤷🏽♀️
Stayed the night over in Saint Regis in Montana. The camping ground warned us off bears in the area... and we still have no passenger window in our camper van.
The fear of bears braking in was totally worth the breathtaking landscape though!

Holllaaa friends & fam!! This is our page to keep you posted on all of our van bulld trials and tribulations and once she's complete all of our vanncation advantures!
We've also got a Facebook page cranking @vanncation for you to follow with more detailed updates!
What's this you say? #Progress my friends! Swipe ➡️ for more pics of lighting, solar reconfig (wire clean up pending), and heating rerouting.
⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ We have lights! Cabin lights with dimmer control. So swanky! Also moved the stock LED lights to more useful locations. They are still controlled by the original wiring, so they function as stock.
We also moved the solar system and rewired everything. The batteries are in their own little compartment, which also houses the heat tubing. This was intentional as we had a hard time keeping the batteries above freezing while in Newfoundland. Hoping this solves it! Also rerouted the heat tubing. Return air now has its own ducting, which doubles as a stand for the batteries.
I don't really show any pics of it, but I'm also building out two benches, which will likely convert into bunk beds. More to come when it's done!
You may recall we listed the van a while back. Got absolutely zero interest... which we get. It's not done. Hard as heck to see where this beast will end up when it's not your vision. So, we've let the listing expire and have been chugging away at it in the mean time. Also took it to Alabama while @legobeecher was at #SpaceCamp. Space Camp was awesome. Alabama not so much. 🤷🏼♂️ It was hot in AL. Like really hot. We spent a 4 nights in Huntsville and one in Perdido, FL. So hot. 🔥 So hot that we ended up buying a floor model AC unit and venting it out the side window. It was a dream! So, @thevanjob has been tested in both extremes. Super cold and super hot. Totally comfortable, as long as we have the proper climate control.
