⚡How to Create Perfect Instagram Posts?
First of all, if you know me then you know this is not clickbait.
I get a lot of message about how to create posts that get likes on Instagram?
People saying that they have tried their best and it is not working.
I was there, I did the same, but I wasn’t doing it right.
This is my Instagram Recipe
Designers might refer to this as an "Instagrammers Case Study":
I tried posting a lot, tried a lot of ways to engage with my audience, after every post I studied all the likes, saves, new followers, also which hashtags performed better. (numbers are important. okay)
🧲 Since I wanted to keep all my fans satisfied I decided to go with 3 types of posts for 3 different types of fans:
1⃣.Articles (e.g. 8 Rules for Perfect Button Design)
I dedicate at least 5 hours on posts like this. New and Senior designers use these posts to learn or get motivated, this type of post when designed well, can be a "like/follower machine".
2⃣.Case Studies (e.g. Designing Booking Forms)
These posts are dedicated to people who want to hire me, designers can learn from this, future clients can find reasons why they should hire me.
3⃣.Personal Photo (e.g. Me working)
These posts don’t get so many likes, I still post them for a reason and pay as much attention to them as with the others. They help me stay connected to my fans. (Super important to keep you Instagram active)
❓What makes my Account different:
1. All my posts are designed using a different style each, more like magazine covers. You can easily spot my profile this way.
2. All Instagram accounts are going for simplicity and uniformity, I am going for everything.

Following the previous message about changes in my career,
I decided to share with you what are the criteria I look for a working environment
#️⃣1️⃣ Team and People!
For an extrovert like me, People is the reason that can beat all the other criteria
Visit the office before joining the team
Figure our yourself if you can work together with these people
People can be different, from different cultures and ages, but values must be similar
⚠️The toxic human environment is one of the TOP reasons why people usually leave companies
#️⃣2️⃣ Working Culture and processes
During your visit, you must figure out if the processes in this team correlate with your routines
If UX designer is hired for a UX role but does graphic design projects,
This UX designer will not stay for long…
Remember, you select the team as much as they choose you.
Don’t underestimate your value!
⚠️You’re not the less critical puzzle in this culture, and you must do what you’re most excited about, not what’s on fire
Does this place look inspiring?
Do they care about details in office or its a mess?
Do they care about your wellbeing and productivity there?
⚠️Just think about it: You’ll spend in this office 40% of your time each week.
Should I even talk about it?
Money is not about your «greed.»
Money is an ultimate indicator of your value for the company
⚠️If you feel that you can give much more than you’re being offered - Don’t go for this opportunity.
#️⃣5️⃣ Finally, challenges
Whatever you’re doing, you don’t want to feel stuck. It’s natural to want to be better and grow.
So add a little bit of a challenge and learn new skills in the new Job.
⚠️ But again, it doesn’t mean that UX designer should eventually do the fronted job!

Szymon Kopec, more popularly known as the Product Lead at OnePlus, has revealed a bunch of new features coming soon to Indian OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T devices. While new features being added through software updates is nothing new, this case is slightly different. These features were all developed in-house at OnePlus’ R&D center in Hyderabad, and are tailor-crafted for the Indian market.
The new features are Work-life Balance, a Smart SMS app, Caller Identification, OnePlus Roaming, and Cricket Scores. These names thankfully aren’t finalized and are subject to change before launch. The India-specific features will be rolling out to OnePlus 6 and 6Tdevices in the Open Beta build of OxygenOS at the end of June.
First up, we’ve got Caller Identification. This feature will be rolled into the dialer, and it will help the user to identify unknown callers before picking up. The feature smartly recognizes and labels both spam and legitimate business calls as you’d expect. On top of this, it also allows the user to tag unknown numbers as Spam, Real Estate Agent, Courier/Deliver, etc themselves.
Next, we have the Smart SMS app. How we understand it, the app will identify different types of service SMSes, be it bills, banking, transport, etc. It will then categorize them and display the relevant information accordingly. For example, an SMS from a courier will have the ETA for the arrival and contextual buttons to track your package. OnePlus claims the app can identify 39 different types of service messages, impressive!
Perhaps the most interesting feature in the lineup, Work-life Balance is essentially a time and lifestyle management app. It lets you record when you go to and leave from work, and accordingly lets you choose what notifications you see both the times. You can block social media notifications at work, and hide work emails at home.
