This can be done inside or in a stadium, or on the stair-master -anywhere where there is stairs! 20 mins of this can burn up to 300 calories 🤯
*️⃣Warmup: jog the track or area for 5 mins.
*You can skip one step when doing this stair workout
1️⃣Sprint up stairs , jog down
2️⃣Sprint up stairs, do 15 jump squats on top, jog down
4️⃣Sprint up stairs, do 20 push ups, jog down
5️⃣Sprint up stairs, do 25 burpees, jog down
6️⃣Sprint up stairs, do 50 jumping jacks, jog
Repeat the entire circuit 2-3 times. If you do this on a stair master. Simply set stair-master to high level and then get down (without stopping the machine) and do the exercises, then get back on it. It’s supposed to be nonstop.
Stair runs are a great total body workout. They activate every inch of your body. Also stairs is one of the most effective ways to strengthen and build your glutes 🍑 And you can find stairs anywhere honestly, for free. So if you don’t have a gym, go outside🌳

🇵🇪Es una fantástica @diana_bazalar que realizó una extraordinaria carrera de 100 mts con vallas el día de ayer en Gran Prix Velká Cena , en Tábora , República Checa, estampando un registro de 13"30, lamentablemente un viento a favor de +2.4 ( +2.0ms máximo permitido) no nos permite disfrutar de un nuevo récord nacional absoluto. Consideramos que si el viento hubiera estado en +2.0ms , sin duda alguna hubiera registrado un mejor tiempo que el récord nacional absoluto actual de 13"36 que le pertenece a ella.🏆

We’re just ONE WEEK AWAY from the USA Championships!⠀
Preparation has been challenging but after 11 months of no races and dealing with injuries I’ll be back on the track competing for a spot to represent my country in Doha in October.
I’m super excited for this opportunity to represent my country and ready to get back out on the track and compete! 🏃♂️⠀

The Road to Doha starts NOW! 👊
Getting smoked at 11,000ft by @tylercandrews and some local track monsters in Cusco.
Coming off my biggest mileage week ever, we took to the track for an interval session in the thinnest air I've ever breathed.
It felt like having an asthma attack at the end of every repeat! In the midst of the struggle, I reminded myself of the privilege I'm experiencing that is chasing dreams and doing it with awesome people like Ty, Sarah, and the Peruvian beasts I met this painfully beautiful morning.
I will routinely try to put together something @altis calls a Kinogram which is a collection of snapshots of different phases of max velocity sprinting. I have included pictures of each phase and a screen shot of some basic positions we are looking for in each phase.
The first phase is TOE OFF. The second phase is MVP or maximum vertical position. The third phase STRIKE. The fourth phase is TOUCH-Down. The final phase being Full Support. Every athlete is different and positions will not be exactly the same but we are looking for you to be within a certain bandwidth for each position.
