Hey guys! Just a reminder that the orders for shirts will end THIS WEDNESDAY!! If you haven’t ordered one but want to, send me a message on here or text me! To recap, I’m planning on doing light weight hoodies, tank tops, and t shirts. The colors of the clothing will be heather gray, white, or coral. I’ve received messages from a lot of you and will be following up soon. Thank you all for the support, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude!! For t-shirts, I’m thinking it will be around 15 for youth-XL and 17 for 2XL and above. The hoodies are a bit more just because the cost of these are more expensive, so these will be 25 dollars.
To make things interesting, I’m going to be doing a giveaway for a T-shirt, whatever color you choose. One person will be randomly drawn and I’ll announce the winner next week, which means you have now until next Wednesday to enter.
To enter the drawing, you must follow the Beyond Recovery page, then like and comment on this post!
Do all three so you’re name will be automatically entered into the drawing 3 times! If you only do 2 of the above, your name will get entered 2 times, and if you just share the page, your name will be entered once. So share, comment, and like away!
Thank you guys for the continued support!!! It means the world to me!
Now that we’ve gotten this page up and running for a bit, I felt as though it was important to introduce myself.
I’m Kaytlyn and I am an exercise junkie. (Hey the first step is admitting you have a problem, right?)I got started on this crazy obsession quite some time ago, but really fell in love with it when I first went to college and was recovering from an ACL tear. I have dabbled in all forms of weight training, from body building to HIIT, from powerlifting to Olympic lifts. I honestly just love exercise and pushing myself to new limits every time I’m in the gym. Fast forward a couple years and I got huge into nutrition and the importance of what food I ate, how much I ate, why one food group is better than the other (they’re all super important just FYI). Professional credentials:
In 2017, I graduated from Missouri State University with my bachelors of science in Exercise and Movement Science where I also became a Certified Exercise Physiologist and am currently pursuing my Doctorates degree in Physical Therapy. To say exercise is important to me and is a huge chunk of my life would be a bit of an understatement. My biggest passion lies in educating people in the importance of a healthy lifestyle and prevention of medical conditions that could be avoided with exercise and proper nutrition. I also love working with athletes currently involved in sports (old and young), athletes who are recovering from an injury or life changing event, or people who often don’t get the exercise they need.
Other than exercise, I enjoy being outside, shooting bows or guns, fishing, hanging with the coolest pup around. When I’m not doing any of that, I like being in the kitchen and creating healthy recipes.
I believe that everyone should exercise in some form. There are so many health and psychological benefits to exercising and it truly teaches you great life lessons. I don’t think there is one perfect diet, or one perfect program for everyone, but that the perfect program is what fits a specific individual and their life the best.
WRKETHIC PROTEIN - two words: Game Changer. I used to not consume whey protein bc I would get bloated. So I eventually focused on getting protein through my main food sources. Which was fine, except on days where I would be insanely busy, not be able to fully prep my food, and then not get my full protein intake. Bc I do intermittent fasting, taking WRKETHIC Protein after my meal for the day allows my body to digest both and gather energy to set myself up for my workout. Not only is this stuff delicious, it’s good for you too. With a combined 30 grams of Cross-Flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, and Micellar Casein per serving. You’re damn right in setting yourself up in giving your muscles a hell of a ride for a recovery. They’ve also included Pepzyme AG, a digestive enzyme comprised of a powerful blend of proteolytic enzymes to promote healthy digestion of protein. Heck yea. And the fact that they’re no artificial sweeteners, colors and flavors in it — earns major props and points in my book. This mofos got a convert. After trying it, I’m ready to Rock & Roll on some next level sh**t.
