If you think change is going to come easy or come quickly, I’m so sorry.
But you’re wrong.
Like, so wrong.
Change is never and will never be “easy”. Whether it’s a change in your diet, your home life, your school life, or your work life. Change will almost always shock you and rock you.
Going into something unfamiliar and sometimes uncomfortable is nerve wracking. So what can you do to make it easier? DO IT MORE.
The more you implement change into your daily life, the less difficult it will be. Notice I didn’t say “the easier it will get”, because like I said before... change will never be easy.
And hey, maybe you find change to be a freaking walking in the park, and good for you! But for all my fellow type A perfectionist, it’s more like running through a park during an earthquake and a hurricane and a tornado, if you catch my drift 😂
So bottom line, as great as routine may feel, don’t stray away from implementing change and stepping out of your comfort zone! Sometimes there’s nothing better for you than getting uncomfortable and switching things up!

I have exactly one month left in Korea, still making every day count!! 💘💞
I have so many exciting things I’m looking forward to, and so many places I want to explore. Trying to fit everything in isn’t exactly easy, but it’s definitely a good problem to have. :-)
Look forward to the future but also make the most of your daily life. 💚
Hello hello I think my streak of not being sick since May 2017 is finally over because I feel like 💩. Which is hard because it’s crunch time in the semester but trying to make sure I get enough rest, fluids, food, etc.

Where you start is not nearly as important as how you finish 🏁
Don’t quit, keep pushing!
Transformation Tuesday 💕
All very different journeys in life. All have had its ups and downs. But what I have learnt from all of this is personal growth. The journey in each photo here was very different.
1st photo: my very first beauty pageant, not much muscle. Running most days & eating mainly raw foods most of the time. Knew nothing about calories in, calories out.
2nd photo: Not even one year with my coach who taught me so much about eating more to build more muscle, correct nutrition & lifting techniques.i ended up winning my very first Overall Bikini Champion title @nabbawff_wa 💕
3rd photo: with the same coach, going to my very first Amateur Olympia in Las Vegas where I placed 10th out of 23 ladies across the world!! So grateful for each journey in these photos, I have learnt so much about myself & have grown so much mentally & physically. Areas where I didn’t think I could go too, I did. 😍
So this isn’t just a body transformation post!!! It is an overall transformation post. Mind, body, spirit & soul 🙏🏼
Your full flexible portion size tool!
This can be one of the most important posts I've posted.
It's the missing piece for people that know what foods to eat more of, what foods to eat less of, but they still don't know how much they should eat in total to lose weight.
And I know it's tricky to control portions when you don't fancy counting calories! (or you don't have time).
I borrowed this tool from my latest nutrition qualification - Precision Nutrition, as it answers all questions about portion sizes - without counting calories!
1 meal = 1 serving from each - protein, vegetable, carbs and fat.
Start with 4 meals like this and measure your progress weekly.
If nothing changes for two weeks, go to 3 meals like this. And keep checking your progress.
If you feel you're too hungry, add more protein or more vegetable, but remember that hunger is a part of weight loss, unfortunately.
You can also manipulate your calories with an extra portion of fruit or a protein drink in between your meals.
As you can see there is no magic one-size-fits-all formula. You need to start somewhere and keep adjusting your portions until you find the right way that works for YOU.
Message me with any questions and don't forget to let me know how this works with you!
