Are you struggling with losing body fat?
I know it can be frustrating and overwhelming when you can’t seem to make any progress especially when you feel like you are working so hard!
Here are a few tips to help you move past that:
1️⃣Increase your fiber! Adding more fiber foods, like fruits and vegetables, will help you feel full, so naturally you end up eating less.
2️⃣Reduce your sugar intake. Do you know how much sugar you eat on a daily basis? Cutting down on this will not only cut down on belly fat, but also reduce your risk of disease.
3️⃣Reduce your stress. High stress can trigger the adrenals to produce cortisol and high levels of cortisol can increase your appetite and promote fat gain. Try meditating, yoga, or just sit in silence.
4️⃣Track your intake. Keeping a journal or using an app like My Fitness Pal can help you monitor your intake. If you are eating more than you are burning throughout the day, even if it is healthy, is most likely the reason you are not losing weight.

This time of year “should be” the happiest time of year, but for most households, between work, family and finances, it can actually be the most stressful. We’re all crazy busy, setting high expectations and putting a lot of pressure on ourselves, when really we should remember what this time is actually about - spending TIME with our loved ones.
Sadly, the next two weeks is going to see more couples divorcing and unfortunately more suicides then any other time of the year. That is tragic!! That people are stressing themselves to the point that they feel there is no other option. There always is, and if you are feeling this way please reach out for help. You are not alone, and there are people that will get you through this.
And if you are getting stressed and are finding there’s more yelling in the house then laughter, remember this: communicate, cuddles and keep things in perspective. You are on the same team, and ultimately you both won’t the same outcome - to be happy!
Lastly, stay united guys. Being present is more important then giving presents, and sending love will have so much more impact then being filled with anger. Keep aligned and chase happiness. 💝
