What a privilege to have @skudz015 come to the mighty land of Wainuiomata to volunteer his personal time to help me and Head Coach Mr Kauika, run the boys through some drills at training.
Not only did all the boys show up to training, but they used their taringas (ears), and managed to leave a positive impression on Nehe as well 😂🙌🏾

Big Day!! I have signed contract as a Goodwill Ambassador for WWF.
Being an adventure athlete, I feel so excited to work towards wildlife conservation, conduct environmental friendly activities, spread awareness and do everything I can in my capacity to stop the degradation of the natural environment.
Nature and its habitats are quite aligned to my field of adventure and sports. I as a human have always pledged to do all I can to build an ambiance in which we as humans can live in harmony with the nature.
Hand in hand with WWF, I look forward to counter the issues I have been witnessing on glaciers & mountains because of human lifestyle & activities. I hope to educate local communities and make a difference buy our mutual efforts.

When you have “dessert” after your workout?! Just one of the awesome reasons why we are a different Crossfit gym than others we love adding in some extra work then the workout written on the board.
