These artists have had the most influence on me.
Of course this was hard to make.
There are some newer names in here too, and some have had more of a influence on me in previous times.
But I'm sure this'll change.
New music real soon. Love ❤️
I had a friend who named her son Arry because she said no-one pronounces the H #SouthEastLondon
Half term break from Orchestra this week: trivia time! Did you know Felix Mendelssohn stayed in SE London - Norwood and Denmark Hill in the 1820s and 40s- and wrote two pieces? Can anyone name them?#southeastlondon #dulwichhttps://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/mendelssohn-symphonies-tickets-84558140675 …

AVAILABLE LOCALLY... ☠️☠️☠️
Hi, this is @carlyhayes82 and this is my last post for the guys @mutineersbrewery, as I’m finishing my #instagramtakeover today. I’ve certainly learned a lot about brewing in the last two weeks and hopefully you’ve picked up a few tips along the way too.
The beer has been maturing and now it’s ready to drink. All that’s left to do is for Rob to deliver the beers to the venues that sell it so that you lovely people can buy it. The Mutineers beers are often found at One Inn the Wood (Petts Wood), Orpington Liberal Club (Orpington) and @lockandbarrelalehouse (Bromley). They can also be found at local beer festivals and the guys usually have a Summer Brew Day, where you can watch them do a brew and then join them for food and beers afterwards. Watch this space for more details of these events!
The Mutineers (Joe, Bathers, Riley, Lee and Rob) produce a range of beers, but they know that their regular brews are usually 3-5% (ie. session beers). The beers they currently brew regularly are:
Filibuster – 3.4% ABV– Session Bitter with a smooth full bodied taste
Radio Fresh – 3.9% ABV – A dry hoppy pale ale, with a mix of Chinook, Citra and Columbus hops and a blend of European malts
Radio Minty Fresh – 3.8% ABV – A mint take of their Radio Fresh ale
You Don’t Know Jack – 3.4% ABV – A hazy pale ale, with a big taste for a low ABV
They also regularly brew seasonal beers including:
Rebel Without A Claus – 5.0% ABV – This is a Mincemeat Stout, which we have brewed in collaboration with Marlix Brewery
Suffragette – 5.2% ABV – French Saison. A well rounded Saison, with a great tart hit
Greta Green Hop – 3.3% ABV. A light flowery pale, witch locally sourced green hops
Sorachi Kidd – 4.6% ABV– A single hop ale with sweet taste that will keep you going!
Note: Mutineers beers are cloudy as they are unfined (which means that the guys don’t add finings), but the Mutineers feel that cloudier beers have a fuller flavour. Their beers ARE vegan-friendly (finings are made from fish), but like most beers, are not suitable for those with gluten-intolerance.

When writing sequences for my classes, I pay close attention to prepare the body for certain postures or to follow a theme that makes sense for our anatomy - just as my teacher @yogamisfit taught me. .
In my personal practice though, I sometimes just move, allowing the body to decide, where it wants to go and not caring about left and right. Experiencing a form of freedom, where intuition takes over, can be so liberating and energising. .
Dancing in the pink light, that I really “dig” @digmefitness in Ealing where I will teach a workshop on inversions on the 29th. Link in bio.

SUNDAY SUPPERCLUB - MARCH 1st, 1-4pm @fiftysevensj
Not too long now until the first TTI supperclub of 2020 arrives - another Sunday funday full of delicious food, lots of bubbles (big news coming soon) fab music and positive vibes.
This is one the dishes I’ll be cooking up for my guests. ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH & SPINACH LASAGNA. You have to admit that’s one sexy dish 🤣. Apart from other sexy Italian home cook dishes, these supper clubs are more than just about the food though.
When I used to have a corporate job, I used to spend my Sundays worrying about going back to my stressful job on Monday morning. I use to call them Sunday blues and rather than make the most of my day off, I would procrastinate.
Over the years, I have learned so much from the Italian food culture and really understand the power of love, friends and family. Spending time in good company can really improve your mood and can help forget the things that may have consumed our minds unnecessarily for hours.
These supper clubs are about creating an environment that people can join, spend time in the amazing company of others, eating and drinking, resulting in feeling fabulous rather than sitting at home, scrolling through you phone wishing you were somewhere else.
If this type of Sunday sounds right up your street, let me take care of your. Don’t wait any longer and buy a ticket which includes a welcome drink, 4 course meal and an amazing @filippoberio_uk goodie bag to take home.
There are few tickets left, so head to the link in my bio for the full menu and details.
