Who else had too much stuffing and pie yesterday??
I’m feeling like a carbie girl in a carbie world today lol 🍞 🍰 🦃
That’s okay! It was a special day out of the year spent with family & friends specifically to eat food. A full day of eating yummy food is always SOO motivating for me to get back in the gym. Literally couldn’t wait to workout today. Not in like a punishment way, more so my body was craving it. I was excited to get my heart rate up, get a good pump in & SWEAT. Maybe I’m just weird like that, but I don’t think I could possibly be the only one?! Lol
Idk who needs to hear this today but here are some tips for getting back on track today...
♡don’t go crazy and starve yourself or cut out carbs completely...this will cause problems later i.e binging & overeating
♡WATER...aim for at least a gallon. Water will flush out all the alcohol lol and also reduce inflammation
♡if you’re feeling anxious about everything you ate yesterday, it would be easy to tell you: “don’t beat yourself up” but sometimes that’s really hard to avoid. So instead, my advice would be to keep yourself busy. Make plans to get out of the house. Hang out with friends. anything to keep you busy and less likely to overthink
♡LEFTOVERS...you don’t need them. Fit them into your macros if you can or just give them away to family or friends or neighbors.
♡do some cardio today. Get out there and sweat it out. The hardest part will be getting to the gym. Once you’re there just get in the zone & get it done. You will feel SO MUCH BETTER after
Don’t wait. Don’t push out your start date until Monday. Start now. Get back into your normal routine of eating healthy and working out. YOU GOT THIS

Spotted: our recycling bag in @OliviaJeanette_’s fashion studio in NYC. Join us and Olivia in helping to reduce the 43,000 tons of aluminum foil and other mixed metals that currently end up in local landfills each year when you recycle with Nespresso. #SmallSteps

For the first time in absolutely ages, herbie used TWO paws to groom, even though it was a short amount of time and then one paw went back down to re balance himself I still think it is a massive accomplishment! #smallsteps#ecuniculi
A small change but a big step..
@annapurnastudios congratulations for taking this daring initiative.
NO INDIVIDUAL PACKAGED WATER BOTTLES ON THE SET to anyone (actors included)
Steel bottles are given to the members which you can refill from the water station.
When Potable water in hygienic conditions is assured , why not change our practices folks.
Impact assessment of a small scale shooting ●Minimum 10 people who use packaged water bottles; 2 bottles per head
●20 bottles per day (20 liters per day)
●20 days of shoot = 400 plastic bottles ● 2 sqmt of waste in landfill ●add the illhealth effects of BPAs in the bottled water
❤benefits of the small change other than the cost saving
❤ 20 liters per day in 1 reusable bubble ❤no waste generation ❤bonus health benefits ❤ improves CONSCIOUS use of water
Honest talk love, ready? Okay— let’s goooo!! 💕💕💕💕💕💕I knew I was done betraying myself when I understood what self-betrayal was a learned behaviour, NOT WHO I WAS! I started keeping small daily promises to myself. Boundaries became non-negotiable, discipline & habits became self care. I was scared for change, but I did it anyways. Real talk, ya? Most people will never give themselves this self-talk, why? Because it’s TRUE !! change is taking ourselves out of our comfort-zone, out of our safe house. LISTEN TO ME: you will never know your capabilities until you take that small step! Ask me where I was 10 years ago, 5 years ago, a year ago, in the same place. Unhappy because I never appreciated myself, unhappy because I didn’t see the beauty that God created when he thought of me, unhappy because I was eating all the wrong things to make me SO UNWELL—to the point of being hospitalized several times... hmm why did I do this to myself ? All I needed to do was have a tiny bit of faith, a tiny bit of strength, a tiny bit of belief, and then it grew. Walk before run, right ? Appreciate yourself, you were made by the Most High. Enough said ! #youcandothis@myselflovesupply#behappy#smilealways#smallsteps#fitnessgoals#thisismylife#igotthis#yougotthis#strength#faith#god#alwaysthankful#thankful#iworkout#boxing#beautiful#woman
I’m proud to say! Everything I wore tonight was bought at a thrift store. Even my winter coat and scarf. There are tons of Beni fits buying secondhand like😻🤖
Reduces your environmental impact.👏
Doesn't promote exploitative work conditions.🙌 Think about this .
Unfortunately, many of us tend to throw away clothes after a year or two of wearing them because they have become unfashionable or don't fit us anymore. Discarded clothes take up valuable space in landfills that should only be occupied by materials that are not reusable or recyclable.
Additionally, Manufacturing and dyeing clothes requires the use of potentially dangerous chemicals. These chemicals pose a threat not only to the water, the air, and the earth but also to the people working with them. By buying used clothing, we can reduce our environmental impact in several ways.
Next time you want a new outfit. Check out a thrift store. 😍#yogi #reduce#reuse#yoga#thriftstore#goodwill#recycle#proud#yogikid#yogapants#yogainspiration#yogapose#yogilife#yoginilife#bethechange#savetheearth#smallsteps

Since I started @cleanupproductsllc to provide #plasticfree & #lowwaste products, it’s also important to package and ship that way! 📦
Here are some ways I’ve found to deliver our products with as little waste as possible: 📦 Reuse boxes
📦 Reuse packing materials, like tissue and brown paper
📦 Return address stamp instead of labels
📦 Paper packing tape with a gummed backing... most tape is plastic, and comes in plastic. I got a big roll of paper tape, without plastic wrapping, and all you have to do is wet it a little to make it stick!

From the book "Made it stick" by chip and dale heath. One other type of content that is shareable is how to, like this post 😀
Final task of the declutter challenge and it’s all about toys and games.
NOW is the time to do a toy audit and donate that stuff your family no longer uses. There are so many families in need who could be blessed by a toy, game, puzzle or piece of equipment that your children don’t require, so involve them in the process and get them thinking critically about their stuff.
We never know how much someone else might love and enjoy the things our kids have outgrown and it’s the perfect time of year to be donating (or selling, if you have the time and can use the cash), so try and find time to commit to this task over the next few days.
