The Menzingers might be my joint favourite punk band lately, along with Spanish Love Songs. Both are so lyrically capable of painting pictures with words. Really enjoyed their set at Slam Dunk (even if I am sunburnt and grumpy)
This is a full glute activation that should be done after you are warmed up and about to start your jump training.
It is very important to train the glutes to be explosive. They are the motor that drives the legs into action. They have also been called the “powerhouse” of the legs. They are the biggest muscle in the body by volume and it is extremely important to activate them.
Some moves require a resistance band which I highly recommend you get.
