🎄 Have coffee or lunch with the ones you don't see often
🎄 Leave a caring note on their desk
🎄 Be "that" co-worker who cares and wants to help if they need it
“Self care” is not selfish, it’s loving, responsible and healthy. The people around you that you work with, your family etc. benefit from your gifts and talents when they are nurtured, protected and given out of a place of overflow not burn out. (you know I’m talking to myself here,right?😉)
It’s a new month and I know many of you have new goals/challenges and it’s more important than ever to take the time to invest in yourself... breathe deeply, listen closely and be soberminded. Awake, aware and present in your own life. .
