I hate to mention it, but we’re still in the midst of a pandemic. Whether you choose to let that affect the mindset you adopt towards your health, alarm bells are always ringing for me. There is nothing more important than your health. Without health, you cannot live life to the fullest or even aspire to that. Even if you consider yourself healthy, what is waiting for you around the corner? Maybe something serious, maybe nothing. Don’t live life knowing you have the opportunity to reduce those risks and that fear. Don’t live life with the potential for regrets you could have taken better actions to positively impact the position you sit in now. Do everything you can from now to create a more sustainable future - FOR YOURSELF!
Somedays we just need to let things clear out from our troubled minds. Inner peace is what we work towards. Focus on self care and self awareness. Let your unique essence shine through. You have that light within… https://www.instagram.com/p/CBH-oF4M5HB/?igshid=5bjtmpbejzvn …

I guess a day of self-care is off the table. A sunday binge-watching #FilthyRich on #Netflix it is. Who cares about my sanity and mental health anyway?
I feel change and a sense of peacefulness ahead.
My goal this year is to continue to heal, challenge myself with new solutions and letting someone help me for a change. My curious nature seeks answers.
I will remain to have a open mind and heart to continue my growth.
I'm actually very excited for my future. I have many goals and plans.
I use to be afraid of my future and dwell about my past but ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I feel different.
I think different.
I'm acting different.
A weight I have been carrying around with me has been lifted and I feel positive again. I will never take my health for granted. I feel blessed and greatful for how things are turning out.
Slowly but surely. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sending my love and positivity to everyone.
Even though all this craziness is happening we will come out stronger and it has made everyone aware, slow down and to realise how important it is to come together to improve issues and the negative environmental impact us humans have made to the Earth (and each other).
To educate ourselves.
Love is the answer.
sometimes self care is staying up all night working on dnd and watching a tv show conceptualizing the universe as a simulation created by a cis white man with a god complex who is pretty sure he's the first person to lose a loved one

1. Always use your “ring finger” to apply #makeup or #serums around the eye. It applies the least amount of pressure to a delicate area, reducing #wrinkles + pulling #BeautyHack ⠀
2. Have you signed the #15PercentPledge ? ⠀

Important reminder from @charitynopanic that when it comes to taking care of our Mental Health it's important to get the basics right. Small changes like drinking more water, eating well and prioritising sleep can make a big difference to how you feel #anxiety#selfcare https://twitter.com/charitynopanic/status/1269394403673636864 …

Standards have been set by society.
Sad but true.
Even though that is the case, never forget, you are beautiful.
Don't doubt yourself for looking the opposite of what you admire.
You are still beautiful.
There will be a day, it will be the other way around.

Morning all! ☺️⠀
⭐️ Skin dream an age defying firming cream. ⠀
⭐️ The skins natural barrier breaks down with age, leading to a reduction in elasticity and an increase to infection. ⠀
⭐️ The active ingredient in this cream acts to rebuild the barrier for more supple looking skin. ⠀
⭐️ It feels so nourishing and hydrating on the skin and I use this along with eye dream for the extra nourishment. ⠀
💚 If anyone would like to know more, please message me ☺️

As we approach the end of the first week in June we continue to share some self-care inspiration. Whether you spend some time reading your best-loved book or sit back drinking your favourite tea, lets make the most of the weekend and relax! #selfcaresundaypic.twitter.com/KkXXFHMWlL
One of the ways we can create more flow, inspiration, inner peace & connection in our lives is by cultivating gratitude. We have so much to be grateful for in our lives. When we practice gratitude, we acknowledge all the goodness our life has to offer... the big things & the small things (which we often simply take for granted).⠀
Positive psychology research has consistently shown that gratitude is associated with greater happiness. When we practice gratitude we feel calmer, more positive, happier. It can improve relationships, your health & helps build resilience so as to better deal with the adversity life can throw at us... think COVID 19!⠀
Gratitude allows for clear mindedness, which means we are better equipped to show up for our loved ones & those around us.⠀
Our July theme is BELONGING. It's actually quite a good time to have picked this theme with everything going on in the world at the moment...this theme is all about finding your place in the world, acceptance, and the importance of the feeling of 'home'. We have selected beautiful books for each of our 3 age groups and are so excited to send them out to you in the first week of July!
