Living with intention means to be the driving force to your own life but it doesn’t mean controlling everything around you because the reality is that would be impossible.
To live with intention is to decide what kind of energy you want to be around, what you spend your time on, who you allow into your life and who you allow to stay. It is actively creating an environment that you can strive, achieve and grow as a person.
How can you create your intentions daily? ✨ Think about what you want in life and look at where you or your current situations may be blocking yourself to get there ✨ Every morning share your intention to yourself, verbally speak it, picture what it feels like to be there, to feel the way you want to feel ✨ Create ways to add pieces of that life into your current situation, do you want to feel more at peace then begin to add things to your life that bring you peace ✨ Practise gratitude; by appreciating your life now you are more likely to stay positive and motivated to create your intentions ✨ Remove yourself from any situation that isn’t in line with your intentions, friends, family, foods, habits ✨ Remind yourself everyday of your intentions and allow patience in knowing that it takes time but everyday you are working towards being where you want to be and you really do hold the key 🔑 .

INTUITION IS THE GPS OF THE SOUL❣️IS YOURS TURNED ON
According to many, intuition is the highest form of intelligence!!!🧠 The more we listen 👂to it and trust it the stronger it will get - our soul/spirit always knows what is best for ourselves. Intuition usually appears with a very quiet voice 🗣- it whispers to you and, if we listen, it has the potential to be life changing‼️ Trust your gut feeling! For so many of us, we go to others for guidance when really we have it all within ourselves💪. It is more of a "feel" rather than "logic" or in your "head". It is
an inner guidance, a kind of knowing, an internal compass and the sooner you tap into it, the sooner that you will be lead towards a path that will make you feel comfortable without always being certain ✅
Some way to improve your access to your intuition:
1. Practice Mindfulness - focus on being in the moment ! This allows you to filter out all the distractions in your environment and, in your brain. When you do that, you can
hear your intuition loud and clear!
2. Be Deliberate About the People who you Keep in Your Circle ⭕️ - people who drain you will add to the noise 📣 and make it even more difficult to hear 👂 what your intuition is telling you. Chances are you already know who they are. The only people you should have in your circle is people who enrich and empower you. Walk away🚶♀️ from those who drain you. It's okay to take care of YOU!
3. Focus on the sensations in your body- Research has shown that emotion and intuition have a physical presence in our gut. Many of us have forgotten how to listen to our intuition and trust our guts! This is why we feel sick 🤕 " about having to make a tough decision - tune in and align 🧘♀️and let your intuition take the lead!
