The Bath House...
Hub City_ _🚂_ _🏙
Ch. 1- Ernston
It was a full moon night. The light whispy clouds allowed it to shine in all it’s glory and helped out the walkers who walked on those streetlighless streets. The moon also lit up the trail next to the Raritan River that night allowing the people from the Raritan Valley to cross over into Hub City for a show of the ages.
That was of course… if you could find a spot once you got there. Other wise you’d just have to listen from the floor above and imagine what was happening down there. The tightly packed house was all hyped up for the night with people coming from all over Jersey and PA. An epic night of music had arrived.
The bands that played before had the people going. The crowd was locked in and the bands were on point. The small space didn’t effect much of anything. Something these bands are used to.
The Bath house was becoming more legendary by each performance and this one did not disappoint. But… there was still one more band yet to play. Ernston…
“Test test test.” The singer said lightly into the microphone as he and his band checked all of their equipment.
Now, the energy was high, anticipation was bleeding through, and the drinks flowed smoothly thanks to a keg of something thanks to the housemates.
It was time..the singer, the bassist, guitarist, and drummer all acknowledged one another nodding their heads. Then the singer with a smirk grabbed the microphone nonchalantly and smoothly and said to the sea of tightly packed music lovers, “…

@ColbyJStrong hi my name is Kevin Velez and I am a big fan of your acting career. Colby Strong I wish I can be friends with you because I am an aspiring actor and screenwriter as well. I was thinking about getting to know each other better.

Free tonight? KU Screenwriters meets every Thursday at 7pm. This is a great opportunity to connect with other writers, no matter where you're at in your writing journey! #KUFMS#StudentClubs #WriteOnpic.twitter.com/Apldua68SV
This is supposed to explain a motive but instead it sounds like a weak excuse barely perceptible at the end of a rambling 26 page retelling of what is likely the perspective of some old American agent screenwriter in some Hollyweird CIA office. #QAnonpic.twitter.com/6ATCxHNKZk

BIG NEWS! #tendermovie has been officially selected to be a part of the lineup at #OutfestFusion! We're soooooo proud and we can't wait to premiere our baby!
Last night, I had the opportunity to share an excerpt of the script I am writing called, In Beauty We Walk, in a staged reading as a one-woman show to about 150 folks. It is about a Navajo superhero reclaiming her culture and history, while saving the world 👊🏾
As many of you know, I’ve made career shift from the tech industry to an actor and writer full-time. Though, both industries are very different, my goal had been the same. To be a storyteller, a voice for unheard voices and conspire a moment of courage to be and feel seen.
[SWIPE] I was inspired by this sketch for my story, completed by talented Native American Illustrator, @muttonboy
Support Indigenous artists ❤️❤️❤️ .
Shout out to @_brokenbarriers and @latinofilmmakers for organizing the event.
"I am a filmmaker who likes to reflect the times and I feel there’s a need to [do that] to create change. In order to create discussion you have to disrupt, and it’s going to make people uncomfortable at times." — @msmelina
Like all great advice, this is wondrously obnoxious! Love it. "Baby Screenwriters"Good luck in all your meetings, treatment writings, and other assorted pieces of nightmarish nonsense, and hope to hear you deliver big awesome news when dotted line ink dries and cameras roll!

I apologize if that came off as insulting. I was referring to those who were new to the business. Never said I or any other folks were "better." This advice is meant for those who are green and haven't dealt with this stuff yet. But I stand by this advice to ALL screenwriters.

Jumping ahead a few decades we have Jennifer Lee (1971.) Beginning her work on Frozen as a screenwriter, she eventually moved to co-director, becoming the first woman director in Disney history. In 2018 she was named the chief creative officer of Walt Disney Animation Studios. pic.twitter.com/bVWvtJcor3
They don't own the airwaves, that's true. For me though, the BBC is a foundation upon which those airwaves have been built, which continues to innovate for the benefit of all in broadcasting. Allowing them to continue that, free from commercial restraints, is a good thing to me.
Thanks for the warning @writerduet ... but it must be done.
Marie Kondo-ing the scenes that don't spark forward momentum.
