En fantastisk chef har jag på mitt jobb. Det resulterade i att jag kunde träna och dessutom göra det på dagtid nere på Kullaberg. Sol ifrån klar himmel och full av energi fick jag ihop 34km och 1214hm. Sista 10km fick jag trevligt sällskap av @marcus.kjellberg . Det blev ett bad i havet efteråt så nu är jag ren ifrån salt och svett.

Sun from clear sky and full of energy I got together 34km and 1214hm. Last 10km I got nice company of @marcus.kjellberg . There was a bath in the sea afterwards so now I am clean from salt and sweat. I had a speed workout on the treadmill today. About half way through, the guy next to me asked how far I was going. Then he said, “Well I was only going to go two miles, but if you’re pushing yourself, I’m gonna push myself and go three!” It was super encouraging to know I can push others without having to say a word!

First run in my Carbon X Hoka One One was a success!🌟 I have always been skeptical of Hokas because they look rather heavy and thick... but these are so light! Still breaking them in, but I felt good and fast during my speed workout. 🏃🏽♀️ The workout: warm up (1 mile), 4x800m with 200m recovery in between, cool down (1 mile)! Total of five miles.❤️🔆
