I am training for Jungfrau Marathon 🇨🇭. It’s a marathon in the Swiss Alps. Lots of kilometers uphill 😱. So today I ran half a marathon in the dunes 🌾. It’s definitely not as hilly as the Alps, but it was a lovely training 😊🌞.

🇳🇱 Easy temp halve marathon. Wat was dat chill in het zonnetje! Echt een super start van het weekend 🌿. De rest van de dag ook lekker buiten geweest en m’n tent opgezet 😁. Even checken of ie niet van ellende uit elkaar valt 😂⛺️. Hij was oke 😄! Alvast een fijn weekend allemaal.
A few weeks ago I announced that I would be partnering up with @oasiscanada in the next few months. They’ve been kind enough to support me as I prepare for my first Full Marathon at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon.
I’m going to be posting a series of pics, &, Instagram stories as I approach the big race day in a October. In addition to these posts, I’m also going to be doing a takeover of their Instagram account when I race at the Lululemon Waterfront 10K, and, the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon. I’m certainly not a Social Media pro, but, I’m looking forward to documenting my journey in my own unique & creative way.
Thank you to Oasis Canada for supporting my efforts, and, allowing me to be part of this fun opportunity! 🙏🏻 Before all of this happens though.....I have my Half Marathon in our Nations capital this Sunday.

After my last race, muscle rolling became a huge part of my routine even on days when I don’t go out for a run. I first started with my good ole foam roller. Later, I scaled the @tumaz.sport muscle massage roller. I’ve been using it for a week now in certain areas of tightness (quads, hamstrings and IT band).
