12 Days of Fitness DAY 3🎄🎄 I don't usually workout on Sundays, so I'm gonna answer 2 more FAQs for y'all😁
1. How many times per week should I work out for results? ⭐The great news is you really don't need to go to the gym for more than 2-3 times per week to see results (especially for beginners). If you really enjoy it or have the time, then you can always add an extra day or two👍 Until then, don't feel discouraged if you can't make it to the gym 5x per week! A few days is all you need💪
2. How long will it take for me to see results? ⭐This is all dependent on consistency. If you've been consistent with working out at least 2-3x per week, you will probably start to feel a difference after 3 weeks, and then see a little difference after a month!😁 A lot of "seeing results" is dependent on your nutrition as well. Give it time, patience, and CONSISTENCY!! Take some progress pics too! Not doing so is one of my only regrets from when I started lifting, & it's great accountability, too. Your results will sneak up on you before you know it🤩

On those days you don’t want to do it, just say “all I have to do is show up and start” don’t set a time on how long you have to go or distance you have to run. Simply just show up and take action.
