Weight update since I eat some sweets again (Xmas time, you know...) And since I don't measure my meals anymore (neither weight nor energy) - it's again minus 1,5 kg! Without sport, with sweets, but relaxed mind. Maybe that's the main key!? Stress increases "anti-weightloss" hormones, so being non stop worried is definitely against my new life rules)) I should stop trying to keep everything under control, cause it's making me nuts. Let it go, just like Elsa sang!

Didn’t get much pictures today.. Stress has definitely got the best of me this past few weeks and I can’t seem to shake it.. But what has helped tonight was me writing it down and also watching a Netflix special on Brené Brown soooo amazing!!!! I’m currently ready her book Daring Greatly and I can’t wait to read all her other ones!!! On a side note these vegan chicken wings were good and spicy 🌶 lol

akhirnya setelah belajar menghitung ada juga yg ngasih, thxcuuu
The majority of a week we’re either working or working out and burning energy. In December of 2019 I worked 18 days straight before Christmas break. I love what I do and who I do it with but man I needed a break!
Rest or off days are very important because your body needs to recover and repair. No matter the sport or fitness level, it’s a critical part of progress. Otherwise overtraining and or burnout might show up.
When we grind and push that weight the muscle tissue can get microscopic tears from all that exercise. By resting, our cells can help tissues heal and grow, yielding stronger muscles.
Normally I’d be house bound foam rolling, stretching and doing laundry but this time I hit a cafe to soak up some fresh air. It was very relaxing to just sit and get recharged from the sun’s life giving light!
