Spent the day with this stud .... when he gets Columbus day off, but the kids have school, instant date day!!!!! FOR FREE!!!! 😂. We went out for breakfast, test drove some jeeps and did a little shopping 🥰
My best advice? INVEST in the relationship .... set aside time to spend together, however that looks to you - movie/dinner nights at home, date nights out ... you’ll go through seasons in marriage but the most important aspect is to go through them together - figure it out and never settle for a marriage less than extraordinary.

When couples meditate together their souls intertwine, effortlessly, in love and their brains increase in connectivity. Studies have shown an enhancement to the parietal regions of the brain, when couples meditate with each other for 20 minutes daily. This region of the brain is responsible for social and emotional intelligence, empathy and compassion. Couples report being more intuitive to each other's needs and more empathetic, with means arguments decrease. Meditation together can be done by sitting back-to-back or facing each other and mimicking your partners breath or hum. If you don't have time to devote to meditation during the day, then you can meditate while laying in bed, even if there are kiddos sandwiched in between you too. It's as simple as touching toes, linking hands, closing your eyes and taking turns reciting a mantra or a positive affirmation for one another. Shanti.

I remind myself how very lucky I am to have a roof over my head, food on the table, education, #peace at home, sight to drink in the #beauty of the world – and that’s just counting on one of my many grateful hands. 👋🏽
I’m also grateful for the more eternal considerations, like my #purpose, the #love I have for my family, and the #connection we all share. It keeps my perspective #aligned and #inspired. 🌟

We don't want you to trust us because we say so, we want you to come experience us and then decide for yourself. Trust wouldn't be so important if it wasn't a choice.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Living in a time of fear & disconnection.
Fear of not being politically correct.
Fear of being hurt, judged, & taking off the well crafted armor we’ve carefully crafted.
Fear of communication.
Fear of touch and close connection.
It’s easy to shut down, put on your head phones and dive into your phone when in a public area, at dinner, a party etc...
It’s easier to avoid the small talk that can turn into a meaningful conversation.
To avoid eye contact because they’re a strange person and we can’t be sure of their intentions.
