The EDUCATION practice of your Miracle Morning T.E.A.M. routine together is where we create a connection between our own personal growth journeys. Doing this hosts a large spectrum of possibilities, no matter where each of you is in your own individual journeys. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If one of you is still a little unsure about what topics interest you, then the other partner has the opportunity to guide the direction and kindle the fire. If both of you are already “full steam ahead,” then this part of your T.E.A.M. just opens up each other’s worlds to so many new subjects to explore. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whichever the case, shared learning can mitigate the chances of couples growing apart or in opposite directions. It specifically allows each of you to say, “This is what I’m learning about, or this is important to me, and let me share something interesting with you!” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This activity is so important, that it allows us not only to grow individually but to also grow together... and most certainly prevents us from being complacent and standing still in our marriage.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡If you want to know more about T.E.A.M., watch our IGTV videos (we'll be publishing 2 more) and pick up a copy (or 10 - for your friends!) of The Miracle Morning for Couples on Amazon.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 tips for a healthy relationship that @manis_with_megan & I work hard at.
1) Communicate how you are feeling. It's okay to have a irrational thought, be hurt, you'll be misunderstood, you'll have expectations to unmet. COMMUNICATE how you feel. Work towards a mutual understanding. Not being more right!
2) Make time to grow together. We have put HOURS upon HOURS into our premarital counseling & talking with other couples. We've gotten tools and wisdom from the curriculum, but it wasn't enough to just get the knowledge. We spent countless hours working on our relationship and communication.
3) Surround your relationship with wise counsel!! We have so much community around us who we go to for advice, wisdom, and help when we dont know what to do.
