I decided to switch things up today and show y’all that you DON’T need anything fancy or special to move you’re body and get a killer workout in 💪🏻🔥
Today’s workout I did in my living room! All I used was a yoga mat, two paper plates & body weight 😌
My whole body was shaking, I was out of breathe and I was sweating afterwards 🥵
So you KNOW it was a good one 😅
Straight leg raises: 1 set of 15-20
Plank up downs: 1 set, lead with one arm for 8, switch arms and lead other arm for 8.
Grab your plates (or whatever else you can find/use as sliders 🙌🏻)
- Mountain climbers: my focus here is to make sure my butt isn’t in the air (stay low 👈🏻) I aim for 35
Plank jacks: Focus on keeping body as straight as possible (like you’re in a plank), and slide feet in and out like a jumping jack 🙃 I aim for 20
- Arm circles: Back in your “plank position” and focus on making circles with each arm going out as far as you can while keeping your core tight 🙌🏻 aim for 15
- Curtsy lunges: Take this slow, especially since I feel like adding sliders definitely enhances this move (making it a little more challenging). If you need to, do these without sliders and focus on 10 reps per leg.
- Slider lunges: same idea at the movement above. Take it slow, and if you need to, do this move without the sliders. Aim for 10 reps on each leg.
Slider tucks: Keep that core tight 💪🏻 go slow and try not to let your booty get too high 👀 aim for 10
- Wide mountain climbers: focus on getting those feet as close as you can to the side of your hands 👈🏻 take it slow and focus on keeping your core tight!! Aim for 10-15.
*Repeat 1-2 times, depending on how hard you wanna work 😉*
Trust me when I say...

Being healthy can mean different things to everyone, don’t get discouraged - it doesn’t mean just having six pack abs - nor does that always mean the person is healthy. It doesn’t mean you must go to gym (although some sort of resistance training is highly adviced). Pick a way that you most enjoy and eventually work up the ladder - you’ll be surprised where it can take you.•
Now for most of you with more time on your hands than ever before and so much information and help available to you with just a few clicks - there is no better time to make these decisions and begin to invest time in your mental and physical health.
Believe in yourself and be very very patient - it’s a long term game, all the short-term business transformations that are being sold to make money is only good for that -> short term change and results.•

On Friday, had a power outage that also affected running water in my building (pumps are electric.)
Power was back in two hours, but not water. Something happened to the pumps, took another two hours for water to come back.

Just filmed a full leg workout you can do anywhere with resistance/elastic bands as we're all still in a lockdown where we can not have access to gyms.
But no matter the circumstances we still get it in.
