I have been struggling on Freestyle for the past 6 months. I’m up 15lbs from my lowest weight in February of 2018 and I need a change. I always loved Points Plus and was very successful on it. I will be tracking on the @protrackerapp.
Wow!! I was shocked when I weighed myself this morning. Not that I didn’t think I’d lose this week, but I didn’t think I’d lose this much! I’ve said it before - points plus is how I lost 60 pounds years ago, and it’s the best. It’s the only thing that’s ever really worked for me. I’m so excited for my baby/pregnancy weight to finally start coming off! Yay!
I made @theskinnyishdish Tuscan Sausage Soup, and somehow when I tried to thicken the soup with a flour/milk mixture, it turned into dumplings. 🤣 So I went with it and made more of that mixture and made big dumplings. I can’t say I’m mad about this mistake. 🤷🏻♀️ It was really good! Husband and baby approved. ✅

My first week back on #pointsplus was a success! I didn’t eat my weeklies, but I did eat my activity points. And that has always worked really well for me in the past. So I’m sticking to that. Wahoo!
