If I could summarize the solution into ONE main idea... it would be to have more fun AND enjoy the process. By doing this you increase your state of being, you let go of resistance AND you develop contagious positive energy that influences everything around you.
Remember... manifestation is not about attracting that thing "over there" to over here... it’s about making the "invisible," "visible" due to vibrational resonance.

Take some time to slow things down today, and take your time with something you would normally rush through.
Observe that voice inside telling you to go faster, hurry up so you can get to your destination, just to move on to the next thing on your list.
But instead just smile at those thoughts and cultivate the simple joy of enjoying being on the path you presently walk 🙏

This is the truth that once you know, it makes it so much easier to let go... The things you worry about today, you will hardly even remember in a few years/months/weeks from now.
This simple reminder makes all the difference. Not because I “project” myself into the “future” to escape the now moment... it’s more so a realization that if it doesn’t make a big difference in my life overall, why not let go of it now? As I then “shift” my focus from the identification of my thinking to the observation... everything changes.
Think of it like the tides of an ocean... what comes up, eventually subsides. It’s all a pattern and without the challenges there many times isn’t growth. The key is “relating” to the challenge in a new way. Relating to the the thoughts in a new way. For everything to become okay, you must become okay with everything. #reminder

Anytime we say “I really really want that” we are vibrationally saying we “really really don’t currently have it.” If you had it, you wouldn’t want it...The key is transforming that “want” into intention with our words and action.
One of the biggest epiphanies with this is focusing on your goals being “natural” for you to accomplish. It’s not on a pedestal for you to do so. I make daily YouTube vids because it’s a part of my expression, part of who I am... if I put it on a pedestal and made it important I would create resistance around it.
If you focus more on your inner reality and living inwardly as the best version of you without needing the outside to change... you’ll find the outside eventually DOES change because well... that’s the way it works.
Let go of importance and turn that desire into intention ⚡️plus live the reality of your dreams on the inside and then you’ll see it on the outside🤓
We always experience in life a reality that is equal to our vibration. Our vibration is a combination of what we think, how we feel and what we do. ⠀
Emotion is what locks the other two in of “thinking” and “doing.” If we let go of lower vibrational emotions, we also let go of the thought patterns and actions that go with it. ⠀
The lower vibrational states of consciousness (such as anger, fear, guilt, etc) are emotions on autopilot from our past. Transcending them, is like “waking up from a dream.” Neutrality is a big step in this direction… when we become aware of the thoughts and emotions… we move out of being in reaction, and into BEING. This is where the power is… ⠀
To move up the scale… first know that you are NOT your thoughts… you may think thoughts.. but they are not WHO you are… ⠀
The next step is becoming aware of the thoughts or emotions that bubble up… and the KEY is to ALLOW them to be there. By allowing them to be there they naturally dissipate. Only when we “feed” them with negative emotion do we keep them “charged” in our energy field⠀
In the light of awareness they will begin to subside… and you will FEEL like you are waking up from a dream… because then you can CHOOSE your thoughts and emotions and choose how you relate to them. ⠀
At a higher level you’ll see “reason..” This is the intellect. This is the scientists, philosophers, etc and even much of the the metaphysics of creating your own reality. There is a level beyond it called LOVE and love is about BEING⠀
In order to move beyond reason and into LOVE…⠀
We must let go of intellectual ideas… let go of “having to be right” let go of attachment…⠀
This is when we move out of DOING and HAVING and into BEING…⠀
This is surrendering to the present moment and where eastern philosophy comes from…⠀
Both neutrality AND Reason are about letting go… and allowing… ⠀
Then two levels are HUGE leaps in consciousness and will literally feel like waking up from a dream… ⠀
So basically I’m saying good morning... you wouldn’t read this far unless you were either waking up or #wokeAF
