My two musical weeks in California were EXACTLY what I needed to throw me into gear for what’s coming next. Gonna be teaching 30+ students this year, traveling lots, expanding my horizons, starting new projects, asking questions, getting answers...I can’t wait for you all to join me. It's hard to see any difference between these. Left picture is before rolling my right glute on a lacrosse ball, right picture is after. But the inner sensation is a world of differences. Outside can't tell a whole lot has changed.
Point one: A Lacrosse ball can really fix yo shit. I have had tremendous results using a lacrosse ball to relieve pain.
Point two: Yoga can be that way. External view, can be hard to tell if change is happening, it's what beneath the surface that counts.
Healing is an inside job.

Don’t worry #250boxchallenge , I didn’t forget about you. I have changed drawing locations and it’s making a big difference in my progress I think. The last couple pages look like the first couple of pages. Maybe someday I will have a drawing table and not be using either my bed, or sitting on the floor with my book on a Rubbermaid storage container. 🤷🏻♀️. #usewhatyouvegot#practicepracticepractice
