It's late night and I SHOULD be sleeping, but it's January and in my experience after the holidays is when #anxiety and #depression are at their worst. I can't sleep knowing someone I love feels worthless.
I'm currently making a few cards for those I love that are affected. I already sent out a few. This is the only way I know to help outside of checking up in person.
If you're one of those unlucky few who suffer, know that your depressive thoughts are fake news. The world is better because you're in it.
