I’ve had a few conversations this weekend about how Colorado feels like home to me. I love the people here. I love feeling accepted into the Boulder community. I love feeling inspired by conversations with warm strangers who turn into friends. I love being so close to incredible nature at my doorstep.
I’m happy here. The move was months in the making. It was scary for sure. I do sometimes miss the gentle Appalachian mountains and southern accents and my family.
But I feel growth here. I feel freedom. I feel really truly myself. I feel like I’m stepping into that authentic version of myself here. The me who is open to change and the will of the universe. The me who is constantly learning and becoming new in each moment.
I spoke to three incredible women about 15 years older than I am yesterday. I told them how I was feeling about where I am in life and they cheered me on and gave me advice. The affirmed what I’ve been feeling:
When we’re stepping into who we truly are moment after moment, whatever that moment may bring, we can trust ourselves and whatever life may bring. It may be our sad self, our free self, our self who is demanding respect, or our self that is ready to grow. We must lean into fully embracing who we are. All of who we are. Then, it keeps getting better as we learn. Time is on our side when we and relax into these cycles of ourselves and these cycles of our lives.
We are held and supported and loved when we are open to allowing that in. From ourselves, from others, from nature. There is love for us here in all of it. We just have to learn how to let it in.
Come to the WORTHY Workshop Online in September 26th and learn how to let that love in. Link in the bio to learn more. I’d love to have you there.

As much as I love having y’all here ~ delete the app for a bit. Instead of reading our posts go read someone’s body language. Stop listening to the podcast for a bit and go listen to someone share their feelings. The self-help books and podcasts and Instagram accounts are changing the world indeed, but it only works if you go out there and practice what you’ve learned... 🌈 and when the Universe is reallllllly testing you, remember that we’ve got your back. You’re never going at this alone. You always have a home to come recharge at, here at Lightworkers Lounge. ✨🕊

I wake up every single morning and say ‘something really good is gonna happen to me today.’ A lot of times, really good things do in fact happen! Other times, I have to count eating a meal and having a roof over my head as the really good. It’s a great law of attraction/gratitude exercise rolled into one 😊 Awesome post Hunter! @thirdeyethoughts

I woke up sometime between 3-5AM and felt wave after wave of fear. Spiritual test: could I put up my shield and block it? Not let it in? Yes. But it wasn’t easy. I also received a loud message that I needed to balance my blood sugars... 🤔 This was all after having probably 5 dreams ~ one of which involved my ex husband and I. We were stuck in the tiny spiritual town Crestone, CO together (you’ve heard me mention this place on the podcast!) and on the day he was set to fly out and leave for good, the only road out had sunk into the ground. I called to tell him there was only one way in, and no way out. How symbolic, yes? To me this dream would represent my subconscious telling me that I fear I will never not have an attachment to him. After that, my pug, woke up, walked to the kitchen to grab his bone, brought it back and just started eating in bed! Lol I sat up and just watched him like... what in the Pisces moon is going on tonight?! 😂🌝🌴 SO YOU! How is this full moon affecting you? Any of the above? How’d ya sleep last night.... 👀🔮🌊
Pfiouuu quel week-end!

A new episode of Astonishing Legends should be hitting your feeds any moment. Featuring the astonishing author and paranormal investigator, James A. Willis. Spooky stories and strange recorded evidence abounds. #new episode #podcast@strangeandspookyworld
This week on the podcast we are talking about All The Things Ovarian Cancer. September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month and spreading the word about why this cancer is called “The Silent Killer” is so important.
My guest this week is my friend Kim Ricketts @berly95. Kim is currently battling her 2nd round of cancer treatment for ovarian cancer. She was so courageous to record this interview and was so vulnerable and authentic. It took a lot for her to share her story and she truly took this opportunity to help spread awareness and save lives.
As I share content this week, feel free to tag friends, loved ones, cancer survivors, women in your life that need to be informed. This week is about potentially saving lives. Awareness to stop this disease early is the key.
