Just crying over the fact that I'm ONE YEAR CLEAN 😲
Never before did I think that I would ever get to this point. Addiction has been a big part of my life since my teens, and while there have been a few months without use dotted here and there, I don't think that I ever made it more than about 6 weeks in the seven years that I have been diagnosed.
I'm not going to end this with a fancy philosophical message, or maybe a meaningful quote. Instead I'm just gonna say.. this is my achievement. This is something that I have done, something that I am damn heckin' proud of. But despite that, it doesn't matter whether you are five years clean, or five minutes - any length of time is significant. Any occasion when you feel the urge, but decide to stay safe or clean or sober, is significant. And that is something that YOU have achieved. You are not your mistakes, you are how you choose to learn from them. Be proud of that, be proud of yourself for trying even if you gave in.
Just be proud of of who you are, and who you choose to be 💙

In this Instagram post... I’m going to reveal to you 2 simple ideas that can change your life forever.
If this was a YouTube thumbnail it would say “no going back” However this is Instagram so I’ll just stick to whatever you see.
Those two ideas are “agreement” and “permission.”
Reality is based on agreement…
We have these green pieces of paper and we as a collective “agree“ that it has meaning. Money has no power other than the meaning we collectively agree it has. So technically we could say that the only reason money is powerful is because we agree in its meaning.
We “agree” gluten free bread is amazing... because we can enjoy it without getting inflammation. We also agree it’s worth $6.99 a loaf... and those that don’t agree, don’t buy it.
We also have individual “agreements” as to “how reality works.” Most of these came from our environment growing up. We took on the agreements of our parents, of our society, culture etc. and to this day May be living adoring to them. Some of them may include...
-I’m not worthy
-People are mean
-Money is hard to make
-I’m not pretty/cool/attractive enough etc
These are all agreements we may have picked up unconsciously. We can break these agreements by being aware of them and then choosing to not live by them anymore. When we change our agreements we change our lives.
The second thing I wanted to talk about is permission. We can feel/do/be however we want as long as we give ourselves permission to do so. Give yourself permission to be an artist, a athlete, and actor, a whatever.
give yourself permission and watch what happens...
I gave myself permission to be a full time Youtuber...
so I started making daily videos and then guess what...
the universe said...
"okay Aaron, I see you. Here is the reality that is equal to what you are putting out"
and I said thank you... but how about that gluten free bread?
Trust the universe...
Trust gluten free bread.
I believe in you
The universe believes in you
And gluten free bread believes in you
all $6.99 cents worth of it.
Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life 🌿
Like the moment I decided I was going to quit indulging my self sabotaging behavior. Like the moment I decided to stop getting in my own way. Because the thing is, I learned that my self-limiting beliefs want to keep me small and safe...but the urge to grow within me wants to crack wide open and allow me to be free 🖤
My second YouTube video is up and I dive into my struggle with self sabotage and how I'm working to overcome this behavior and thought pattern 💫
Protecting your ENERGY and peace of mind is of utmost importance.
You can’t fill from an empty cup. When you don’t take care of yourself, it impacts everything in your life.
This is why it’s so important to make self care a priority. YOU are the priority.
If you’re an entrepreneur, you are your greatest asset. You have to take care of yourself and make sure that you put yourself first. You can’t help your clients if you are not helping yourself.
we’ve been taught that we need to do everything for everyone. We have been taught that hustling as how we got to success. We think that action is what creates success.
it’s become evident now, more and more, but action is not what creates success. Taking care of yourself, focusing on your energy and alignment is what creates success.
If you want to do great things, get really good at honoring yourself.
What do you think about this?👇🏻👇🏻

No matter what is going on in my life I am worthwhile and I am worthy. My external circumstances, how I perform, what I achieve or don't achieve do not determine my self-worth. My self-worth is not dependent on any of those things. I am worthy and I am worthwhile because I am me and I am a human being. We are all worthy. Sometimes it is hard to see and feel this because of trauma and past experiences that have led to us developing coping mechanisms and limiting beliefs about ourselves. It is time to let go of old stories that define us as lesser than and not good enough. We are good enough exactly as we are. We just need to strip away the stories and beliefs that prevent us from seeing the truth.
Part of my mission and my work is to support women to do this for themselves, so that they can step fully into being their most glorious, fullest versions of who they truly are. Doing this work in sisterhood, using the expressive arts and creative process is the most powerful way I know to get in deep and heal what is holding us back. You are worthy ♥️
It's a win- win, kinda thing! 🤷🏽♀️ As the late great Zig Ziglar says, "Help enough people get what they want and you will get everything, you want." 💖
If your inner circle is winning, 9 times out of 10, you'll be winning! 💯
Hence why my brand is TEAM WINNING🙋🏽♀️🏆 #WeAreTeamWinning 😎
There is a lot of truth in this but it’s also how we value ourself based on productivity. Take 10 minutes to sit and DO NOTHING (not listening to music, looking at your phone, meditating, doing anything mindful, watching tv, drinking tea) and just sit with your self and see how you feel. The first time I did it I felt very uncomfortable and twitchy, mostly because I felt I SHOULD be doing something. We are conditioned to be productive and if we aren’t doing something, we don’t have value. In reality, we are always doing something. Our bodies work all the time.
