Hop on my DM,let’s get a squad. Let’s Bond, let’s go to my village back home. This is deeper and bigger than basketball to me. There are children crying for a WORD. I was one of them, I was just like those kids. Today I play with @mettaworldpeace37 , I share this basketball with Metta, just to tell you how far bouncing this ball got me, It got me out of Africa. Believing that my Dream will come true. I came to America to play Basketball and become rich to help my people back home. I was talking to myself the entire time in the plane. I use to look outside and think : What if we crash right now? And I was like Everybody gonna die but me, Ima swim to The States, either way I ain’t going back home, and if it was my time to die, then a nigga got out at least.
See, God hears it even when you calling yourself Nigga. I was literally a NIGGER here in America. In the 20th century, here was me, it was not just the white man, it was also my own kind. Just because I was African. There some Africans that done fucked it all up for the good ones just like there are some Americans that are fucking it all up for the good ones. My thing is THE PEOPLE is the reason why. We doing it to each other cause they did it to each other.
So If I lived slavery in modern day civilization and I was able to get outta that, do you really think that I don’t know where I am going? Do you really think that I don’t know what I am doing? I came here at 15, prior to that in Africa to make the Dream Alive, I had to believe, I was the one talking about it. At First, At the Beginning of my Vision, it was just God and I. The very first time I started speaking about my vision of coming to America, it was just me. The shit was just too crazy to even pay attention to it.
God is Good Family, This game of Basketball is MOST OF THE TIME, all a nigga can do to get away. I don’t play for money, I don’t know how to do anything for money. I work and serve for a Change. I’ve been in America 10years now, sometimes to comfort myself, I tell myself: Many would’ve not made it out of where I was in Africa.

Haven’t done any snatch for a while, but as I have an online coach in @ironmacfitness (also my mentor) here I am working through his Olympic based programme.
I am absolutely loving the programme so far! It’s fucking tough, but I’m back in the zone to be pushed and do things I don’t normally do in terms of conditioning 🤢 .
Here are 2 sets from a complex in my programme and loving the speed and sharpness I am feeling 😁😁💪💪 .
