Today SUCKED in a lot of ways (there were also good things) and I was SUPER grumpy when I came home.
I totally did not feel like pushing play. BUT I knew it would make me feel better. 🤪
I did TWO workouts tonight (I had a lot of stress and negative energy to get rid of). 💪🏽💪🏽 By the end, I felt a million times better.
Part of self care is doing things for you that you know you need but don’t feel like doing. 😬
