How I deal with soreness 👉🏼 Marathon training goes hand-in-hand with tired, achy muscles, so I make sure I keep my @medinaturaUSA T-Relief Extra Strength on hand 😌 My favorite part about this cream is that it’s natural and leaves my skin feeling so soft, unlike other greasy products. I try to stick to plant-based, organic pain-relievers, so this is a perfect addition to my recovery routine 👌🏼 T-relief uses Arnica + 12 natural ingredients and is made in an FDA-inspected facility, so it’s safe & effective ⚡️ @trelief#trelief#hemp#cbd#painrelief#medinatura#naturalliving #naturalrelief

STIFF LOW BACK?
Contrary to popular belief, complete rest isn’t necessarily the best option when dealing with a sore and stiff back. The most important thing to note is that you have a lot more control than you think, and the key is consistent, gentle movement and proper self care. The six moves outlined in this post are exercises that tend to be safe and non-threatening for most people, but obviously always consult with a medical professional and use common sense before attempting anything you’re unsure of.
1️⃣FEET ON BENCH BREATHING: Spend about two minutes breathing in this position. Inhale through your nose for four seconds and exhale through your mouth for four seconds. Do your best to try to breathe low - the hand on your stomach should rise before the hand on your upper chest.
2️⃣CAT COW: Spend about 1-2 minutes gently moving in flexion/extension of your lower back. Don’t force painful ranges of motion and work within your comfort zone.
3️⃣ROCKING: Get on all fours and rock back and forth taking care not to round your lower back. Work only within non-painful ranges of motion and go for 1-2 minutes.
4️⃣GLUTE BRIDGE: Lay on your back, lift up your hips, and do your best to not let your lower back arch. Perform 5 sets of 10 second holds.
5️⃣PLANK: Hold a full front plank, or do it on your knees or with your forearms on a bench. Perform 3-5 reps of 10 second holds.
6️⃣BIRD DOG: Reach out opposite arm and leg and hold for about 5 seconds while breathing comfortably. Perform 3-5 repetitions on each side.
There you have it! I hope this post helped you out! Until next time, ✌️💙💪

One of my wildest dreams came true once I could get a massage every day of my life with my @pranamat massage set. The benefits of acupressure have been a game-changer for me by relieving my back muscle spasms, reducing stress and allowing me to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The prickly lotus-shaped flowers help increase blood & lymphatic circulation and release endorphins, which provides pain-relief, better sleep and boosts energy. People ask me if I really think it works. Yes, I DO! I love using my @pranamat and would not continue to share about it if I didn’t actually believe in the product, PLUS they offer a 30 day, money-back guarantee, so there’s no reason to not give it a try! 🌺🌿 #pranamat#accupressuremassage

Feeling SAD? Get ahead of the winter blues! We can help... Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that's related to changes in seasons. You may have sleep disruption, be less energetic and feel down.
Acupuncture sends a signal through the nervous system to the brain, where feel-good chemicals such as endorphins are released. Acupuncture also lessens anxiety, stimulates melatonin production, induces sleep onset, and helps to reduce sleep disruption during the night.
If you're suffering from seasonal depression, acupuncture at Hoboken Integrated Healthcare can provide a natural, non-invasive, treatment option to help you get through the winter months. Call us at 201-798-2922 for more info or to book your next appointment. Let's get happy!

You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy donuts and that’s basically the same thing.👏 Featured is our LoveMellow CBD Peppermint lip balm to keep your pout perfect.
The difference between Full Spectrum CBD & Isolate. Full Spectrum contains other active compounds in addition to the CBD like other cannabinoids, such as CBN, CBL, and CBCVA. In 2015 at a research center researchers discovered “The Entourage Effect” which refers to the functioning of CBD along with other Cannabis plant compounds rather than by its self. 🤓 So for the majority of CBD users treating conditions like anxiety, depression, and chronic pain Full Spectrum CBD will be a superior option. However a lot of people use Isolate to concoct their own personal remedies adding it to coffee, or making edibles. 😋Since it’s in a measurable amount it’s easy to calculate the exact doses by the milligram.
