"What have I achieved so far???" A question I often ask myself.
And the achievements on my list that once made me super proud, don't seem like a big deal anymore.
Then I say to myself, "I need to do something else. Something more. Something different."
Is this a good approach towards life? Or does is make me ungrateful and unsatisfied soul?
What I have realized is, the way I look at this situation makes all the difference.
Yes, it's not wise to hold on to past achievements. I need to move forward,get better,take risks, challenge myself.
But I must not forget to enjoy the process at the same time. I must push myself harder, but never kick myself if I ever fail. I must celebrate my failures the same way I celebrate my wins...❣️💙❣️
It's all about making small progress every single day.
Stressing about it and missing out on the precious moments of life doesn't make sense. Does it?

Sweat it out!!! 💦 I haven’t done yoga in 13 years. 06.00 this morning I tried out 1.5 hours of Bikram Yoga for the first time ever. First impression entering the room....PANIC.... I don’t even like heat !!! 😂 When it started 20 min later, I was already a little bit acclimatised. Then I just loved it! After about an hour I felt a little bit dizzy, but it passed.......Loved it all through! I have to admit though that my favorite position towards the end of the class was the Dead Man’s Pose 😆🙉 I bought a “....as much Bikram Yoga as you like for 30 days” card....so this is now my new challenge, on top of (or imbedded in) my 100 workouts in 100 days.
Oh, extra info for the curious: 💦Towards the end of the class I cried a little, and towards the end END of the class I felt a little high (still do actually)...so perhaps be prepared for some emotional 😭🤪🥰stuff if you try it yourself. 💦And yes, you might get a temporary tomato face too....(my face was definitely the tomatoest in the room though 🍅🙈🙉) #trysomethingnew#newchallenges#feelinglikemyselfagain#bikramyoga#100workouts#Day 24 ✅
