Sleep is such a key element in our families. Children and parents both need adequate, unbroken sleep to be the best versions of themselves daily
Parenting is tough enough as is but helping our little ones sleep independently can make it CONSIDERABLY easier and more enjoyable
Excited to share tips and techniques to support parents at any point of their sleep training journey. #HangInThere! #SleepingTots#sleeptraining#parenting#parentingtips#babies#toddlers#mumsinlondon#dadsinlondon
It’s tricky finding alone time when your a Mother (especially to exercise). That’s why we curated a selection of short videos you can do at home during nap time. We also allow babies into our postnatal classes, perfect for those times you cannot get a babysitter.
This subject of sensory seeking and sensory avoiding behaviours is eye opening so we created a document all about it related to sleep!

🔴 Home is where Daddy is 🔴
. 🇬🇧 I learned that when a newborn first clenches his father's finger in his little fist, he's captured it forever.
(Gabriel Garcia Marquez)
With this sentence I wanted to introduce you to the silver keychain engraved for us by @mercimaman_it
The delicacy and extreme sweetness make this little jewel unique in its kind.
Danilo's smile and shiny eyes can never really be described in words.
Thank you .

Play time has transformed in the past years, in that educational play is a vital part of your child's development.
Games, toys and fun are almost the same concept that we knew growing up but now understanding the importance of structured play for your child has become very important.
ELC gives them toys that stimulate and promote problem solving, focus and motor development and so much more. .
My 2 top picks this month from @elclebanon will be stimulating the neurons in your baby's brain in a fun way!
Just pass by any ELC branch and check them out! #supermamalebanon
[16w] DAE have this pregnancy moment when they dread doing too much because they know they will end up tired and grumpy? Plus it’s the weekend and I have a full week of work alongside my 16w scan and my first meeting with the consultant 😬 it’s edging closer and closer. On the bright side the #oviapregnancy app made me laugh today 🤣
Spending quality time with your kid is very important for their self-esteem and creates a bond between the two of you.
We bought the piggy bank at wilko for £3. But the time we’ve spent as a family painting and having fun can not be measured by any numbers. Creat special moments with your kids, take a little time of your day to give them the attention they need. It will build their trust in you and your relationship will always remain strong ❤️
. ⁉️Anche i vostri mariti vi aiutano? Io penso siano da ammirare e ringraziare ogni giorno papà così! ⭐️
🇬🇧 These are the moments I carry with me in my heart.
A walk on the seaside, an aperitif at the bar and the three of us.
Finally at home, but I'm still metabolizing that tomorrow daddy starts working again and aimé already we miss!
As always his presence is fundamental because it helps me so much and this makes me feel physically much better. !?️Do your husbands help you too? I think they are to be admired and thanked every day Dad like this!
I love teaching! Whether babies, or moms or entrepreneurs, I find it so fulfilling to be able to make someone's life and mind just a little brighter. .
Had a very special opportunity to give an introductory Digital Marketing workshop to entrepreneurs from around the world today at ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL with @jci.lebanon .
Ghana, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, France, Syria and Lebanon - spreading my wings to help and support more entrepreneurs everywhere ❤❤ stay tuned more workshops coming in 2020!

🇬🇧When I was pregnant I had this great idea of what kind of mother I would be 🔴
I've made a lot of plans and Set myself standards that are impossible for myself.
When my son arrived, I realized I was a long way from that kind of mom.
It was hard for me to accept that I couldn't be her.

I'm not the perfect mother, but I'm exactly the mother my son needs.

Just saw about these (free!) poetry puppet shows @southbankcentre run by poetry lib @WetBlackBough can't wait to bring the boy. There are some pretty amazing free events for families in London if you look hard enough. Libraries run lots of them :) :) #mumsinlondon

One of the most difficult things of the management of our music school is to make our students' parents understand how important it is to support their children in their musical development without rushing, respecting their natural learning time.
The typical email we receive is: "I have a 4-year-old child who seems interested in music. We would like to start with piano lessons." And this is our answer: "Hello there,
Thanks so much for your interest. When children are 4 years old, we recommend group lessons that support their natural musical development. At that age, children are in great need to move, listen and explore music through their bodies. In this growth phase, between 0-5 years, the learning processes of music do not come by playing an instrument, but by discovering music in a multi-modal way, because the child is facing a psychomotor development.
Furthermore, every child is different and at 4 years of age, it's unlikely they have a clear idea of what they want to play. Also, most of the time, after 10-15 minutes into the session, they want to get up from the piano stool and do something else.
Our approach, at Music Tree, is based on Gordon's Music Learning Theory and follows these natural learning processes. We, therefore, recommend enrolling children of these ages in group lessons (maximum 7-8 children) were listening, movement and free exploration allow us to help them develop their musical skills, before asking them to sit in front of an instrument and play." This is exactly what happened to Tiziana @teaching_mypassion when she was as a child!
"I grew up listening to my mother piano lessons' for hours (she's a music and piano teacher) while dancing around the house humming Mozart, and watching and exploring the Italian songwriters together with my father. When I was almost 7, I started playing the piano and at that point, it was really simple for me." So let's leave our children to explore and have fun with music, without asking them to be performative ✨

34 week scan
Some of you may have remembered about my placenta issue from last night . I honestly thought I was going to go to the scan and it would have moved , but it still hasn’t moved completely and is still a little low.
So that was the main issue from last time but now the baby is lying in the wrong position - he’s lying sideways which is called the transverse position , this now is another reason for a c -section.
Will keep going, the baby is weighing quite large (shocker ) but he’s in the 95th percentile so now I have to re do the glucose test.
I was caught at quite a surprise . I know a lot of people say a c section isn’t a big deal but I was looking at a home birth so I definitely think at this point that’s gone out the window.
I’m being re scanned in 2 weeks So fingers crossed.
Any stories of your c section would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been really nervous🤦♀️-
