𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 3 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 & 𝗜'𝗺 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 😬
I have LESS than 3 months till my wedding , and I’m just not where I want to be. I picked out my absolute DREAM wedding dress, but there’s a few problem areas I want GONE to truly fit it the way I want 😫
I wanted to share this, because even though I’m a women’s fitness coach, I still have goals & insecurities myself. & starting this INTENSE 3 month program..I was faced with the questions that I’m sure every new member of our program has:
-Will this work for me ?
-Will it be too hard ??
-Should I take an easier route?
It’s GOING to be hard to transform your body & create better habits. & the easy route will always look more appealing. But putting in the work day in & day out will be so much more rewarding, AND you’ll get your results.

Here’s a whole foods based pizza inspired frittata recipe that’s actually good for you, high protein, refined flour free, gluten free & delishhhhh. I’ve made it twice this week already as it’s so easy to make & works as a good meal prep option. It makes 4 servings (totallly depends on your appetite tho😌) I topped mine with a little BBQ sauce as it’s my goto pizza flavour. But you do you, boo.
