Коротко по питанию: ⠀
Пока что делаю вид, будто бы не было пары недель пищевого безумия))⠀
▪️Слежу за углеводиками (в пределах сотни, на выходных - в пределах 150)⠀
▪️Стараюсь не есть мясо (только птицу/морепродукты)⠀
▪️Контролирую жиры, которыми привык питаться организм на #кето⠀
▪️Питаюсь строго в дефиците калорий! Ведь, чем бы ты ни питался, если калорий сжигается больше, чем потребляется, организм будет худеть. Проверяю это утверждение на себе)⠀
▪️Тренироваться стараюсь 5 раз в неделю, 3 кардио + 2 силовые🏋🏼♀️. Вакуум каждый день (кстати, талия стала заметно меньше благодаря ему!☺️) и добавляю планочку. ⠀
Таким образом также надеюсь избавиться от лишней водички, потому что снова хочется увидеть свои мышцы😂⠀
А то на кето такая сухенькая была, но возвращаться обратно я пока не созрела))⠀
Поэтому действуем стандартными методами 😜
Время от времени просто необходимо собираться дружной компанией и выезжать за пределы города, наслаждаться природой и греться у камина 🏡
Надеюсь, у нас это войдёт в привычку😜

Difficult to do but absolutely essential for our mental health and anxiety levels 🤯
I attended a wellbeing workshop last week and one of the tips they shared that I've been trying to put into practice is literally telling my brain to "STOP!" when I can feel myself getting overwhelmed ✋🏼
Lying in bed at night thinking about the million and one irrelevant things I need to do over the next few days, weeks or months is a prime example of when I need to say "STOP!", and bring myself back to a present state of mind 😌
Maintaining this present state can be hard, so at night I've been getting into reading (without the television on in the background), or listening to my @calm app on my phone 💤
Super basic and nothing you haven't heard before, but the difference it's made to how quick I've been falling asleep is unbelievable!
Another example of when I put the 'STOP' method into action is during a hectic day at work when I'm struggling to cope 🌪 The phones ringing ☎️ I've got multiple tasks in front of me which all needed doing yesterday 📊 Emails flying in at all angles 📨 ...and a lunch break I should have taken 2 hours ago 🥪 Prioritising is something I seriously struggle with as I desperately want to please everyone all at the same time (impossible just FYI) 🙄 so when I can feel myself getting flappy + snappy I'll tell my brain to "STOP!"...take a breath, bring it back to the present + logically think about the most important thing that needs doing first 🤔
This method is so simple yet so effective, so I thought I'd share this with you today in case you needed a little help in hand 🤝🏻
Neurotrauma Hospital Internship .
I spent my evening interning at the hospital. I’m learning a lot working on the neurotrauma floor. Shadowing the doctors and being around patients is giving me a real look into the healthcare profession.
I’ve had the opportunity to experience several medical procedures including a patient having a feeding tube placed. .
Today was lab day. I spent most of my time sending blood samples to the lab and picking up medication for patients.
I’m definitely gaining insight into the hospital environment and developing a basic understanding of the hierarchy within the hospital setting. .

Can I be honest with you for a second?
I've been really off my game when it comes to working out the past couple months. Tonight was the 2nd time I've been to the gym in probably 3 weeks.
Do I look any different? Not really.
Do I feel any different? Absolutely. ¤
I have less energy and WAY less confidence. I'm missing that daily dose of feeling strong. That consistent evidence that I can do anything I set my mind to. It's not about weight or how my body looks. It's about showing up and keeping promises I make to myself.
So here I am committing to making this a priority again. To finish the year (the decade!) strong and confident.

One of the misconception people have about social media is that you have spend a lot of time curating and gathering content for it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They say things like, “I don’t have time to create new content for my social media, I can barely get blog posts up on time!” or “I don’t want to end up like one of those people that spend all day on my phone.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And I get it, social media doesn’t happen at the snap of your fingers and it would be incredible to just outsource it, right?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But what are you doing until then? What are you doing to connect with your 1 person on social media until then?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you ignore social media, even with an email list, you are missing out on connecting with your avatar where they are in this exact moment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Think about all the people that are missing out on your message, your “I can help you. I have something you didn’t know you needed. Hi, I’m ____.” moment. Think about what you’re missing out on in terms of list building, money making and world-changing when you ignore social media.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You NEED social media because it has the power to elevate already existing brands and jumpstart new ones. You need it because you need people to have a business.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And they need you to change their lives.
