Just look at that garlic! Earlier this week we planted seed garlic cloves from 3 different varieties of organic garlic. Hopefully we got them in the ground soon enough since #northcarolina decided to have only a few days of fall before turning into straight up winter! 🥶❄️ We'll see how they turn out!

Exercise is for you! It increases your strength, endurance, stamina, flexibility and improves your mental health. Exercise is for everyone.
Make exercise a part of your self care routine everyday... Stretch, yoga, walk, jump rope, hula hoop, run...do something every day.
