If you’re experiencing keto flu or low energy it’s probably an electrolyte deficiency! The first place to start is MORE SALT! More salt is always the answer on keto. I repeat DO NOT FEAR SALT. Not enough salt will cause way more problems than too much salt. .
Next up is magnesium and potassium! This is my favorite way to get them if you cant afford to buy supplements 🙌 The almonds have magnesium and the avocado has potassium! .
You can also get magnesium from spinach (cooked is better), and potassium from cream of tartar (just mix like 1/2 tsp with 1 tsp salt in 6 oz water). .

Fun story about the dress on the right: When I was in Utah a few months ago for a photography workshop, some friends and I went out shopping in Park City. We found this dress in a cute little boutique and I was encouraged by friends to try it on. It was completely out of my comfort zone but WHY NOT, right? I tried the medium on first and it was too big (Who am I right now??) and they were able to find one more in the back in a size small. To my surprise, it fit...and I actually kind-of liked it.
Long story short, this was the first time in my adult life that I was able to shop with friends and swap clothes between dressing rooms to see how it looked on each of us. It may seem insignificant to most, but it was a big moment for me. I’ve always felt that I was missing out on that special moment between friends.
