Understanding my body has been a life long journey. As I dive into my yoga teacher training, I’m humbled as I learn that the anatomy I took in college doesn’t compare to the Yoga anatomy I’m taking now. We should all be learning anatomy from a yogic standpoint. Why, you might ask? Because as you move and breathe on the mat, you are developing a kinesthetic understanding of your personal anatomy- the make up of your body, the interconnection of all it’s parts, and the critical role that each part plays in the whole system. I’ve always loved anatomy and physiology but I’m gaining a whole new perspective as I work through each of the postures. May you do what you love and love what you do! 💜
ALL GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME. Have you ever tried to learn something new, only to become frustrated & give up before really giving it a chance.
Clients often comment about how easy I make organizing look & that they could never be as organized as me.
Truth be told, I think everyone can be as organized as me. If the desire is there, it just takes practice, patience & more practice. I recently took up painting with watercolours & I have a new appreciation for artists. I definitely need a huge amount of practice!!! 😬
We are surrounded by people that seem naturally good at what they do, & we tend to envy others when they make it seem so darn easy. What we don’t see is all the hard word & dedication that takes place behind the scenes.
So let’s recognize & appreciate our strengths! Then surround ourselves with fabulous people that can inspire us to keep growing & learning. 🌿
After all, with a little practice we can achieve anything our heart desires! 💕
today at the gym, i realized that my mind has expanded but it hasn’t strengthened. i’ve experienced and learned so much in the passed few years but i have never really pushed my mentality further when i start to think i can’t keep going. it reminds me of the time i tried out for volleyball and when we were conditioning, i’d start crying or blacking out from the anxiety i’d get from the thought of pushing myself more than i already was. i ended up quitting because i didn’t want to be the reason we lost. to be honest, it makes me feel pathetic and extremely weak and i don’t want to be like this anymore. -

Helen 👩🏻🦰 neuroscience. After interviewing Amy Brann on episode 86 of the Squiggly Careers podcast it’s really sparked an interest in learning more about neuroscience and how it helps and hinders us to do our best work. Recommendations for things to read, watch and listen to all very welcome!!
Sarah 👩🏼 growing a small business sustainably. 2020 is the first year where I’ll be spending the majority of my time, alongside Helen, running Amazing If. I’m intrigued to learn more from other small businesses who have grown their impact while combining purpose and profit. Iglesia de San Juan in Velez-Malaga with Comares village at the top of the mountain behind. ⛰️👀
This church has a mudejar ceiling, a bell tower wounded by civil war gun shots and sits on the most attractive square, Plaza de Constitucion. It's a great place to start when discovering the town. There's also a lovely restaurant on the square @lasastreriaasador

Kesalahan terbesar orang adalah ketika dengarya setengah, ngerti seperempat, mikir nol, Tapi ngomongnya ĎÒÙBĹÈ
Does everyone understand what this tool/method is trying to achieve?
Do we understand how this method trumps saw cutting in certain wether conditions.
Do we understand that not all tool joints meet Australian standard requirements.
So a little info about this method is the goal we are trying to achieve is we are encouraging the concrete to crack here.
To do so we push the tool in and the 25mm blades force the stones out of the way while the steel that it’s made of drags slurry through to close the holes.
In affect we have created a week point in the concrete.
Now the tricky thing is all these tools ware and not all of them are deep enough to do the job correctly.
The point I make about trumping saw cuts is in relation to the tired old method of waiting 2 days before you saw cut the concrete.
It’s proven now that 2 days is too long and in fact in some cases 24 hours is too late and this is where early entry technology plays a big roll.
Tbh there’s actually to much to explain on here so we will leave it for another time.
P.S. I am always trying to spread #digitalpratik 's value as much as i can via my content & now i will do my best. That's why #digitalpratikchallenge is something which i am using not to win anything from #digitalpratik . But to pass on this message (if he see by anychance ) that we youngsters are changing & i am gonna do my 1000% in adding my efforts to change the mindset of others

Its been a long time since I read books for fun. I’m starting to build that habit back up again. Books used to be a method of escape, but now they’re helping me grow as a person. If I finish the book that I’m currently reading before Saturday, then I’ll managed to have read two books this week or close to 400 pages. The number of pages read doesn’t matter, but it does feel really good.
Keep on being a bookworm friends, it will take you to places and ideas you didn’t know existed. #econ#bookdevouring#econstudent#keeplearning

Was ist Dein I N V E S T M E N T in Dich selbst?
