Set yourself up for success! .
Your ability to stick to your goals, and bounce back when you may have stumbled, is based on how well you plan and prepare for it. .
1.) Choose a type of exercise or activity that you enjoy or know you will make time for! You need camaraderie? join a group class! You enjoy dancing? sign up for Zumba! You prefer quick workouts? do HIIT! Like throwing heavy things around? join a CrossFit gym! .
2.) Meal Prep or better yet, track your macros and what you eat! App’s like the @1stphorm MYTRANSFORMATION APP give you allllll the tools you need to get the job done! .
3.) Have a problem snacking or eating sweets? DON’T BUY THEM OR KEEP THEM IN YOUR HOUSE! It’s easier to not have the option than have to resist. .
4.) If you miss a few days from being sick or vacation or travel, GET BACK INTO YOUR ROUTINE ASAP! Don’t wait till the beginning of the next week, or an even number of the month, or whatever, start that day. The sooner you get back into it the quicker it becomes a routine. .
5.) Don’t have the time? MAKE THE TIME. The better organized you are in your daily schedule, it easier it is. You HAVE 30 minutes. That’s all it takes! .

I was terrified of being in front of a crowd performing, but a trusted friend believed in me and wanted to help me compete in the Miss Teen Oregon competition years ago. With her help, I went for it. I remember back then comparing myself to the other competitors and fighting the urge to feel defeated and not good enough. I pushed through the fear and to this day part of my strength is drawn from this experience. I didn’t win...Actress Bridget Wilson did and I was so happy for her! #tbt 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏽♂️ esse dia foi treino de ritmo de prova. Treino pra tentar simular nossa prova de 10km.
São treinos que fico super nervosa, que precisa estar com mente e corpo em equilíbrio total. Parece até que é uma prova real. 💥
Ainda sem relógio, o que significava não ficar marcando meu ritmo, a ansiedade aumentou.
Mas no final saiu lindamente e foi um daqueles dias que tudo encaixou e os passos foram só fluindo a cada km. Pra completar consegui dar uma acelerada no km final, coisa que estou treinando muitoo, pq é o mais difícil pra mim.
Nesse dia percebi que as vezes é bom correr sentindo só o corpo e com companhia. Faz toda diferença saber que você não está sozinha. Grata @ltakaji por ser meu relógio e minha companhia nesse treino. E amanhã é dia de curtir a semana regenerativa 😊
