I remember I used to be in AWE over people who could light up a room, care free, not worry if people judged them, wore whatever they wanted, could lead a group with ease.. Honestly, I was 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀.
I wanted that.
I wanted to throw on any outfit and feel good in my own skin.
I wanted to speak freely and not have to second guess myself because people would think I was “weird.” You know what’s wild?
I started this page 𝟰 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 ago... I was horrified to start this page. In fact, I didn’t even want anyone to know about it because I was “embarrassed.” ....tbh the only thing that’s embarrassing is me thinking it was embarrassing LOL.
I let go of those fears. I let go of 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙈.
Stepping into the gym for the first time. Overcoming an eating disorder. Letting go of old friendships. Quitting all side jobs and going full time owning my own Biz. Moving across the country... all things I probably would of doubted I could ever do if I stayed in the same little bubble of fear.
I am unapologetically me 𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑹𝒀 𝑺𝑰𝑵𝑮𝑳𝑬 𝑫𝑨𝒀. & that won’t 𝘌𝘝𝘌𝘙 change.
I lived far too long living in the shadow of others, afraid to step into my own, afraid to simply just be ME.
But man, it feels so damn good waking up - knowing what I can bring to the table. Knowing how I can help others also grow. Knowing that I have so much to offer to this world.
Confidence isn’t given. It’s earned. And if you are sick and tired of feeling like your living in a shell & you seriously WANT to make a change within yourself.. I challenge YOU to branch out today and do ONE thing that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast
4 large chicken breasts
1 tbsp lemon zest
salt & pepper
12 asparagus stalks, trimmed
3 slices mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut the chicken breast in half, length-wise. do not cut all the way though.
You need to create a pocket into each chicken breast.
Season the inside of the chicken breast w/ lemon zest, salt & pepper.
Place chicken on work surface & lay the mozzarella cheese & 3 asparagus inside of each chicken breast & fold over, enclosing the filling.
In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper garlic powder & paprika. Then season the outside of the chicken breast w/ this spice mixture.
Heat a large & oven safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
Sear the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes each side & until the chicken is golden brown on top.
Place the chicken in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes. Make sure the chicken reaches the internal temperature of 165 degrees.

PEANUT BUTTER STRAWBERRY SLICE RECIPE... I'd planned for it to be something else, but I think I went into a PB food coma and it became slice instead 🤪😋Popped a banana in there as part of the sweetener because it looked brown and I was low on coconut sugar but you can swap it and up the coco sugar or maple if you like. I like the banana effect - more fibre and potassium too that way. @picspeanutbutter sent me a mega jar the other day #waytomyheart and I'm still deciding whether I share it or hide it at the back of the cupboard for my pregnant lady cravings?????? Gluten free : Dairy Free : Vegetarian
1/2 cup peanut butter - I used @picspeanutbutter
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil - used @cobramestate
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup arrowroot flour
1 teaspoon bicarb
pinch sea salt
150g frozen or fresh strawberries, sliced
Extra crushed peanuts for the top - optional
Heat oven to 170C and line a rectangular baking tin (about 15x25cm) with greaseproof paper. In a large bowl whisk together peanut butter, extra virgin olive oil, coconut sugar, eggs and mash in the banana and whisk again until creamy. Add almond meal, arrowroot, bicarb and sea salt and mix. Pour into tin, spread strawberries evenly around the batter and then pop into the oven to cook for about 45-55 minutes. Give it a test with a skewer. Let it cool completely then slice and serve. Sprinkle some extra peanuts over the top if you like. Best stored in the fridge rather than bench top - enjoy friends!
